Honestly, I was disappointed from the start because now you have to use a kiosk to order your food. It allows you to leave a tip, but how do I even know if I want to leave a tip if I haven't even been served yet? Then you have to seat yourself. Then the non-waiter waiter calls your name and has you come up to get your drink. The atmosphere isn't anything like the bustling diner that Steak N Shake used to be. I a lot of the times will go here on my lunch break but as i don’t like their greasy as all get out burgers I usually just get some onion rings and a drink and I don’t expect to be treated like a king by any means but it seems like literally every time I go in through the drive through, the person on the other end sounds all nice at first then when I ask for my usual they just give me so much attitude, I’m always very nice and cordial (sometimes too much so) so I just don’t...read full review
