“Decent McDonalds in most respects but very hard to get in and out of the lot, parking and drive thru. The frontage road location takes extra minutes to get in and out of and the drive thru line bleeds out on to the roadway. We had to park and go in as the drive thru wouldve taken 15 minutes to navigate.“

“My friends who are working were very hungry. Looked on doordash and was outrageous. Called my k f c a is my kfc in sterling illinois. Was informed that they do not do orders on the phone only on app. Although we did not have app. They obliged us and I ran over to get my friends there lunch. The gentleman that took my order was very, very Accommodating even though we did not have app. Thank you so much, KFC in Sterling, Illinois. All the workers we're so accommodating.“

“well first their food went down hill especially their fries just nasty and cold , the staff seems unprofessional as what I read on someone's post of their experience and lastly my cousin went their recently and asked in the drive threw if their breakfast was all day since they did have the breakfast menu still up and he doesn't go there often so he didn't know and the lady laughed at him in a cocky way and told him it was already over . plus how does a restaurant run out of all things ice , so no I don't recommend STERLING Wendy's“

“Went there today, ordered two all American sandwiches. I said I didn’t need them toasted. Everytime I go to subway they automatically heat the bacon up and then put it on the sandwich. Today the girl put the bacon on the sand which without heating it. I asked her why she didn’t heat the bacon, she said that I told her not to toast the the sandwiches. So she then threw 2 sandwiches away because a piece of bacon touched the sandwich and made two more. I do believe someone needs a little more training!!“

“My family went to get food after we order I went to the bathroom I slip and fell pretty hard the floor was wet so I told the supervisor that handed me the food that she should put a wet floor sign in the bathroom. She blew me off completely ignore I didn't want anything just a wet floor sign but I was dismissed and ignore no bathroom sign by the time weleft. You guys have no communication skills or empathy for your customers. The food was ok though“

“While traveling on business, my wife and I stopped in for lunch at the Culver's on IL 40. I was immediately impressed by the friendly atmosphere, and the professionalism of the staff. We received very fine service, the type that makes you want to come back more often. The food was as good as I could ever ask for, but something else impressed me even more.
Sitting near us was an elderly couple, who had ordered, and had sat down at their table with their empty water cups. Our server was also serving their table, and after she delivered their food to the table, asked if they would like for her to get their drinks for them, as well as napkins, ketchup, utensils, etc. Server Katie, accompanied by a younger server, came back shortly and treated this older couple like royalty, which spoke volumes to me about the character and hearts of these two young ladies, and the culture of service and caring at this restaurant.“

“Last week I got charged 75 cents to add onion & pickle to my sandwich at Culver's. I just stopped at DQ. I asked if they charged for onion & pickle. I was told no. I asked for BBQ for my sandwich. After I paid I looked at the receipt. 90 cents for BBQ. Also, I got home & my sandwich had tartar sauce, which I asked to leave off. when a customer specifically asks about what is charged for, not saying is the same as lying! deceptive business practice.“
