This is the best Arby's we've been to in along time. The beefs, buns, and fries were super fresh, and the soft drinks were carbonated perfectly. The food was great, but what made this place top notch was the excellent service from the girls working. They were friendly, professional, and super efficient. To whomever was working on 9/7/2020 at 1:30 thank you for the great service. You all deserve a raise!
I was still hungry after the 5 piece steak meal although they tasted good. The pieces were very small and one had grizzle. I had to order a beef sandwich to be close to full.
I placed an order via DoorDash, The Arby and horsey sauce I ordered never came, I a Jamoca shake, all of the syrup was literally sitting at the bottom of the cup. It was basically a vanilla shake. Arby's is a restaurant where you can enjoy a variety of meals. The fish deluxe might need a little heat to melt the cheese, but it's delicious. The Christmas decorations create a beautiful atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very clean and tidy. The curly fries and chicken are a hit, as well as the strawberry milkshake and chicken sandwich. However, some customers have experienced issues with the service, like not getting their sandwich cut in half or receiving a small drink with a lot of ice. Despite this, the food at Arby's is consistently good. One particular employee, Chaka, received some unnecessary criticism from a supervisor, but customers were understanding and supportive. Overall, Arby's offers tasty food in a festive and clean environment, with friendly staff who work hard to make your visit enjoyable.
