We visited this Freeport location today. The food was fine as it is at any Arby's, but I wanted to draw attention to a particular employee who was rudely outted by her supervisor. We were taking a very long time to decide what to order, in an otherwise relatively empty restaurant, (we don't frequently eat at fast food restaurants and needed extra time to review the menu). The team member who was at the counter (I later learned her name was Chaka) had turned her back to us momentarily....read full review

My fish deluxe was delicious, only after I reheated it in the microwave. The cheese wasn't even melted. Hubby had the chicken sandwich, again wasn't warm enough to melt the cheese. But I'll still go back.
