The only reason I didn't give a 5 across the board was that they were sold out of many flavors, particularly the Apple Fritters. I do give them credit for a very busy day. My Bavarian Creme donut was good, though.
Just left Dunkin drive through and only ordered coffee. Got to the window and she took my card then handed it right back. She asked what I ordered and it took another 5 minutes. She told me the total and I said I thought maybe it was on the house. She replied, no I forgot to enter your order. Just awesome service.

I have never been so disappointed with Dunkin before. My son and I went in around 1pm. They had their ovens already turned off for the day, and we were unable to get what we truly went for. The person at the counter laughed, and claimed she was new. This is the reason you guys lose my sales. I'd rather go to the shop up the street that makes food until 5pm or later.
