This Starbucks was comfortable and recently remodeled. Parking lot is tricky to navigate, but not really a problem.
Three stars because the rest of the employees are actually really great there’s just ONE. If you read the label it doesn’t say milk at all but this ONE person can’t read and put whole milks (mind you the milk has already been an issue from previous visits with this ONE employee) so I told the barista at the window politely that I asked for no milk in which the ONE employee with an issue said some rude stuff before making my drink then incorrect way for the second...read full review
Went through the drive-thru. The service was fast and friendly, and the drink was delicious and as ordered.

Starbucks in Freeport provides average drinks but has exceptional staff with top-notch customer service. The team creates a welcoming atmosphere with friendly service. They are attentive to customers' needs, going out of their way to help with orders, which has led to many positive experiences. The store has recently been remodeled, making it look brighter and more spacious. It offers plenty of seating and open space for mobile orders. Although there can be occasional delays, especially at the drive-thru which can wrap around the building, the overall experience remains quick and enjoyable. Regular visitors appreciate the personalized care and positive attitude of the staff, making it a must-visit spot for a morning pick-me-up. Parking includes handicap spots and designated areas for quick order pickups.
