Having watched again today the advertisement from burger king for their shroom and swiss melts i drove to the nearest store, waited in line to find they no longer offer that on the menu, just saw the add 30 min prior, that's messed up, glad fast food is once a year deal for me. Now maybe once every three years

So ordered online a whooper combo add chz, no onion. Plus a 4 piece. W/s&s + honey mustard. Got the whooper, made right but the bun is so stale you CAN NOT eat it. Not to mention I ordered "off the broiler" and it was cold asf. I don't care how someone orders, it should never be cold like that. Got an 8 piece cold asf chicken fry instead of nuggets, a random cheese potato thing half frozen, fries salted, we asked for it not to be in the "memo" and missing my 2 chicken wraps. I've had MULTIPLE HORRIBLE experiences but figured after a year it changed. Unfortunately not. Go to Taco Bell you guys.

Any time after 3:30pm they are so slow. I have had to wait at the counter for service for over 10 minutes. I would understand if they were busy but 1 person in the lobby and 4 cars in the drive through is not an excuse.
Whopper Jr, was not very good, a tiny hamburger! They used to be good.

My order arrived with no fries, my chicken nuggets had and no sauce, My hamburger doesn’t have the grill marks, which is weird and it was cold. The chicken sandwich soft and had A LOT of mayonnaise. It was just all around, disappointing
