I had just ordered a double whooper meal n whopper meal at 7:15pn today wanted the burger well done my burgers were not temped at 165 degrees nor was it well done yall are serving burgers cold which can make people deadly sick so I assume yall don’t have a serve safe license because there is no way your cooks are temping food properly!! So now I have paid $38 for cold food also your phone don’t work tried calling the number and it says currently can’t take call and hung up!! Ruined my whole appetite!!

Bought on 11/19. The mgr told me it wasn’t expired and they only put those food safety stickers on because corporate makes them. The manager still told me it was good even if it sat out for 2 days. How about 4? And 2 past what your company says is safe? Be aware of the horrible public food safety practices this restaurant uses, this could easily give you food poison.

I think his name was Jacob. Their was a single mom with a couple children that wanted a Wopper when she picked up a Door dash order. The kids wanted a Whopper, but she did'nt have the money. I made sure they got their order of a Wopper and fries. Jacob made sure they got fries and onion rings.\\LOVE you Jacab

I called there to place a big order because I am the assistant coach of a football team and when I called there the manager answered the phone and thought I was kidding about my order so as soon as I told her I was being serious about the order she said my number will be “blocked”. So I called there on a different phone she answered and I told her that I was being serious about the order and she hung up in my face. 0/10 service freeport sucks.

Freeport location. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches that were so loaded down with mayonnaise that it just totally ran out all around. Buns were soggy with mayonnaise. Ordered a cheese burger plain. Well I guess there cheese burgers plain, have no cheese! Common sense a cheeseburger has cheese! Plain means no pickle- ketchup or mustard!

Went through drive thru this morning.. Got a sausage croissandwich and hashbrowns, hashbrowns are absolutely disgusting and taste like they were cooked 3 times. And the sandwich was cold.
I guess you have to pay extra for properly cooked.food.
