Had the CowPie pizza again - excellent pie made with thin crust butter and garlic base with house blend cheese, tomatoes, Spinach, onions, and portobello mushrooms. Get some red sauce for dipping.... Fantastic!
I will admit I was unfamiliar with Cannova's before our visit and was simply trying to grab a quick dinner on our way through town, but was very pleasantly surprised by the experience. The dining room was lively even on a weeknight, the atmosphere was very friendly and the hostess was kind enough to compliment our outfits. A man was skillfully playing piano at an appropriate volume, and the waitress was helpful in explaining the menu and recommending a wine pairing, which...
Service was awesome, I ordered cheese ravioli with a meat sauce, one 7 ravioli the portion was small , the sauce had too much sugar in it, not enough sweet basil or onion..the bread,salad, and wine was very good
