“The older woman that works during the day is one of the nicest fast food employees I have ever encountered. I was sitting waiting for my pickup order and they were super busy in the drive thru and I could tell it was just her and one other employee handling all the orders. Yet she still greeted me and made sure I got my order. She was kind to her other co-worker through the rush. When I left all I could think is wow that is the type of employee I would want in my establishment. Kudos to you! And I really hope your manager passes this along to you!“
