The manager was rude and not easy to work with. I placed an order and one of the items was not available, which was not noted to me until after I paid $46, she stated she couldn't refund the one item with out canceling the entire order, when asked what would be easy to switch out of equal value, she lied and stated salads and pastas are not available in that deal, and they clearly are on the website. She proceeds to stand her ground as if she is uncomfortable with conflict resolution, and my attempts to reassure her I am simply trying to make this easier for her. When the food arrived the pizza was not cooked all the way and it was smashed so the toppings were all stuck to the top of the box. The wings were mushy and gross same as the pizza. There were no dipping suaces except for the one I paid extra for. Ill never order here again.

I like the pizza tracker. I know. It’s gimmicky but it lets me know if I have enough time to go get my car washed before pick up. And my son was like “bruh, we have to try the new stuffed crust.” I wasn’t hungry and ate 3 slices. It’s really good for a pizza chain.

Worst Dominos I have ever had and I have had Dominos all over the country. Literally smallest amount of meat possible on the buffalo chicken sandwich all burnt bread, and the cheese bread was the smallest I have ever seen with barely anything in it either. Total waste of money, if you want pizza in Freeport definitely don’t order here you have been warned.

We ordered a Philly cheesesteak to go. When we got home the meat looked overdone. Almost burnt. Did not taste like a Philly cheesesteak pizza. There were no green peppers on it either. This is one of our favorite pizzas to get & we were very disappointed. And the first guy we ordered the pizza from said there were no discounts. His shift must have been over because another young man waited on us & gave us a discount.
