I did not eat there but I did have an mocha frappe to go and came back to get another mocha frappe to go for my several hundred mile trip home. I'm very sincere when I say this is the best mocha frappe I've ever had.

Best coffee drinks in town, but service is unfortunately very poor. Every young adult I’ve encountered that works here is very rude, not friendly or helpful, and service is incredibly slow with no care from employees. Would love to see more intention put into customer service and teaching employees to interact with guests in a professional manner to represent Higher Grounds better!

The service and how they put out orders is all messed up, one person starts an order then goes on to work on something else so orders come out at different times. No menu board anymore just a small sheet of paper right up at the counter so you have to hold up other people that already know what they want, if there is other customers. But my biggest thing is the fruit parfaits are not in a cold enough refrigerated cooler nor fresh enough was definitely bad yogurt, couldn’t of been anything else because that was the only thing I had that morning! I’ve had one of them before and had diarrhea at work! Not safe to eat! The drinks I would get again but stay away from the food!

I love a good local coffee shop and I may go back, but friendly customer service is essential. I also ordered a Chai tea, not latte and she verified and I still got a super over sweet mixture of concentrated chai. I like mine with a tea bag and honey. Thought I was clear. The quiche was small and way over cooked as it was hard and shriveled. Premium prices, not premium quality.

Stopped in for coffee, they have the best choices around for regular & sugar free syrups and their scones are the best! The other food items I've had are always delicious too! Plus, the atmosphere is so warm and cozy! Overall a really great place to grab a coffee and treat and sit and relax!

I really enjoyed the food and coffee but rarely go anymore because they stopped giving straws with your drink. I understand the concept but it’s inconvenient for the customer and not the way I prefer to enjoy my drink. I also find it unnecessary that they ask you to leave a tip with every order.
