BIG portions of food! Very nice and clean with an atmosphere that really felt comfortable. My sandwich came with 2 full pieces of chicken and I had to remove 1 just to get my teeth around it!

Nice place to relax with a cup of black coffee and maybe a sweet treat. Easy to find and has a nice interior, and plenty of space. Service was good and the Cinnamon roll was very nice.

This place is amazing inside!! They have so many choices, from specialty coffee to smoothies! The inside is the perfect place to sit and visit with friends. It's so cozy and such a gem to have right there in Freeport!There is a fireplace, and I will definitely be going back! Can't wait to see that lit up when it's cold out!

Decided to try this place again after a few years since Starbucks is closed for renovations. Pretty disappointed as it used to be a big local business. Prices have skyrocketed without the quality increasing. IMO the coffee/food has gotten worse, the service times are outrageous. From the speaker to window and receiving my 2 20 oz drinks it took almost 20 minutes(there was only 2 cars in front me) After the service fee and taxes cost is around 15 dollars and when there’s an option like Starbucks on the other side of the road it’s hard justifying returning to a place like this with such poor service and products.
I ordered inside and it took 25 minutes to get my frappe. Drive thru would have been faster. The lady making drinks twice told the guy working drive thru she was not making the Strawberry Shortcake frappe which was what I ordered, so I had to wait until the guy was able to get away from the drive thru window for someone to make my drink.

Listen! You can choose to visit a franchised back establishment OR you can visit Higher Grounds where they make your request when you order! Their specialty coffees and their food menu is spot on! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! If you havent tried them yet, well, you are missing out! Go getcha some today!!

I ordered a London fog tea cold. I expected something similar to their iced Chai tea but with earl grey. I received a very white cup of liquid at the window with a teabag in it. It was cold. You can't steep tea in cold liquid. I was told by the girl at the window to let it steep for 5 minutes.... I was pretty sure drivethroughs were invented to get your order quickly and more conveniently. I did not drink the milk water. I highly recommend they learn how to make a cold tea concentrate for this drink or take it off the menu.
