I did not eat there but I did have an mocha frappe to go and came back to get another mocha frappe to go for my several hundred mile trip home. I'm very sincere when I say this is the best mocha frappe I've ever had.
Best coffee drinks in town, but service is unfortunately very poor. Every young adult I’ve encountered that works here is very rude, not friendly or helpful, and service is incredibly slow with no care from employees. Would love to see more intention put into customer service and teaching employees to interact with guests in a professional manner to represent Higher Grounds better!
The service and how they put out orders is all messed up, one person starts an order then goes on to work on something else so orders come out at different times. No menu board anymore just a small sheet of paper right up at the counter so you have to hold up other people that already know what they want, if there is other customers.
