We regularly have our delivery orders screwed up when ordering after 4 p.m. Apparently few employees at the Freeport Jimmy John's can read the orders. Tonight, for instance, I ordered a veggie without avocado spread and added onions and Jimmy peppers. I got no onions, no peppers and, as an added bonus, no lettuce. I did get 3 cucumber and 2 tomato slices. This happens regularly, especially if you order after 4 p.m. Freeport's location used to have outstanding. Not anymore.

Just ordered a sandwich took a few bites everything was fine. Took another bite. The most DISGUSTING TASTE IN THE WORLD FILLED MY MOUTH something rancid something BAD. Never again. I never spit something out so fast!!!!!!!

I went in a few days ago as the place had signs which add a touch of livelyness to the place, there was a nice young lady that was well mannered and was working real hard, for being very young, none the less I got a hunter's meal, with a large soda as the sandwich was nicely made to my liking and the place was clean, as I take my sandwiches seriously and needs to be up to my standards of a sandwich, and Jimmy John's delivered on that. 👏

Got recommend this place and it was the best decision I've ever made, I ordered spicy east coast Italian as the bread and meat with all the spices came together like a reunion in my mouth and the ice cold soda to wash it all down was just what I needed

Affordable and easy, got my vegetarian friend to try she loves it 🤭 definitely recommend to vegetarians cuz they are missin out!!!!

pretty late in the evening about 7:30 pretty slow night it tended to pick up a little bit as I was ordering.. the customer service with a individual named diamond was absolutely horrible her attitude Sucked her expressions and her attitude while taking our order was the worst .
