Had sandwiches delivered. They were as ordered and good. No complaints here.

Vegetarian options: They had a lettuce wrap the last time I was in the store a couple years ago. Not sure they still offer it.

Dietary restrictions: Not sure about gluten-free options.

Parking: Not a whole lot of spots by their door.

Kid-friendliness: Not sure if they have much dine-in seating.

Wheelchair accessibility: They are accessible.

I'd be able to rate it something if I ever even got my food. Never delievered. A week later and 35 dollars stolen from me and haven't heard anything from the store. Went to corporate and all they could do was send an email to the owner...? Have fun with my 35 dollars.

Placed an online order that totaled to $18.16. I have 2 receipts (one in my email and one from the store) saying that's what my total was. Get home, check my debit account and they charged me $25.76. Call the store and was told it's not their problem to fix if it was online.
JJ must be pretty hard up from handing out all those "free smells."
Definitely won't be ordering from there again.

I like jimmy john's food, The problem I have with the service is when you go through the drive through they ask if you want to leave a tip, I don't like being asked for a tip when I am not getting table service but it seems like if you say no to the tip they don't even cut your sub or wrap for you. I have left a tip just to see and my sub's get cut. Giving a different service in drive through based on if you tip or not is not good! They should just stop asking for tips in the drive through! Management can you pay your people enough that they don't have to beg for tips for drive through or when they are not giving table service. thanks.

Whomever is making my unwiched beach club does a fantastic job. I absolutely love how it's put together. Wouldn't mind more onion but that's just me. I love onion.

Ordered a sandwich today June 3rd for delivery and of course 45 minutes later I’m still waiting on the sandwich.
Update: 1hr 30 minutes later still no sandwich or no apology I shouldn’t have to wait for a sandwich that I paid for that long I will never do business with them again

This place is okay. So far my food has been correct and good. This place is definitely not freaky fast though. I order online and it’s never quick. I’ve frequented many Jimmy Johns, both in state and out of state, and this location is definitely the slowest I’ve ever encountered. The staff also isn’t really friendly but I’ve come to realize that other fast food spots in Freeport have those kind of staff these days (looking at you Taco Bell).

So extremely disgusting I found a HAIR in my sandwich and they STILL charged me for the sandwich and I wanted a refund and didn’t even want the sandwich after that but the lady was sooooo rude I just said forget it. I will definitely NOT recommend to anybody. I would rather drive to ROCKFORD if they can’t even give me a clean sandwich and good customer service. I guess I have to give it one star so my review can be posted
