I went in a few days ago as the place had signs which add a touch of livelyness to the place, there was a nice young lady that was well mannered and was working real hard, for being very young, none the less I got a hunter's meal, with a large soda as the sandwich was nicely made to my liking and the place was clean, as I take my sandwiches seriously and needs to be up to my standards of a sandwich, and Jimmy John's delivered on that. 👏

pretty late in the evening about 7:30 pretty slow night it tended to pick up a little bit as I was ordering.. the customer service with a individual named diamond was absolutely horrible her attitude Sucked her expressions and her attitude while taking our order was the worst .

Never seem to get what I order anymore. The last 10 times I have ordered my order has been correct 2 times. 4 of those times my sandwich came with onions on it and it doesn't have onions on it to begin with nor did I add them. EDIT: it has been about a month or so since I posted this. I just ordered today to give it a short and again today I ordered no tomatoes and no onion and got them both on my sandwich. Also the bread was soggy. I'm done ordering, I used to love this place. I will just order Subway or Jersey Mike's I guess.

Nice workers but just cannot get my order or replacement right, I ordered a regular turkey tom with some fixings. First time I ordered I had a large order (5 meals) they forgot my sandwhich completely. Called and they said they would remake, pick up and got given a slim…that didn’t have all the right fixings on it… called again got told because they messed up twice it’d be a jumbo and a cookie… got it today and it’s a regular… but at this point I got what I paid for so it’s whatever, slightly amusing now.
Had sandwiches delivered. They were as ordered and good. No complaints here.
Vegetarian options: They had a lettuce wrap the last time I was in the store a couple years ago. Not sure they still offer it.
Dietary restrictions: Not sure about gluten-free options.
Parking: Not a whole lot of spots by their door.

I'd be able to rate it something if I ever even got my food. Never delievered. A week later and 35 dollars stolen from me and haven't heard anything from the store. Went to corporate and all they could do was send an email to the owner...? Have fun with my 35 dollars.
