Stopped in ordered Pizza from owner on 7/23. Her personality was cold as ice! She said come back in half hour. Came back she had it boxed up, however we intended to eat it there. We'll took it with found a bench down the street and opened up box to see lots of sauce but VERY LITTLE CHEESE! And not very good quality cheese like the previous owner that sold the business to her. Since she has owned it Pizzas are inconsistent. Will not be given this place anymore opportunities.

Since the Lady bought out the original owner when he retired few years back. The Pizzas are diffently not the same. The crust is like cardboard today very little cheese. The quality of the cheese is sure not the same. The pizzas have been very inconsistent. But today was one of the worst. And the last time I will be going there.

I have two pizza places I really enjoy visiting when I get back to Illinois... Joe's is one great crust they don't skimp on toppings and it's always fresh! I'm sad the eat in option is all but gone or at least it might as well be! It was never a fancy place but at least it was bright, clean and welcoming now it's dark and dingy! And the counter lady was super rude to the person in front of me... Honestly if it was an option I would have walked out! However the pizza was delicious

I don’t understand this place or how it’s even open anymore. Subpar food to begin with, made me sick the past couple times I did eat here, and good luck ever getting someone on the phone to place an order or getting your deliveries. Employees always have a terrible attitude and if you want anything here you’re pretty much forced to go in to order and wait 40+ minutes for a takeout that could’ve been ready and waiting when you get there like literally any other place to exist around here when they’re already mean, nasty people.

The food is decent enough to eat here if you can get service. The staff when you come in is honestly insufferable so be prepared for that interaction because they’re generally not nice people. There has not been a single time in quite a few months that I have called trying to place an order for pickup where someone actually answers the phone and they’re 100% open (you can literally drive by on your way to wherever you go instead and see they’re open) but they let the line ring until you get that recorded line, which takes awhile on its own, and it’s every single time I’ve called here trying to order. If you wanna run a business maybe run it like one and answer your phones so you can make some money? A lot of people aren’t going to come in here and deal with the customer service for longer than it takes to go in, pay, and leave. I wouldn’t. Little Caesar’s is better than here honestly and I will, in fact, be going there from now on.

Never had a problem until tonight I would very order one pizza and a two liter from Joe's pizza is ok but not the greatest. Person taking the order said an hour came much later. The owner was rude on the phone as well. I'm on disability I have a certain amount I can spend. Pizza was five person taking order a two. Go to little Caesar better pizza better customer service.

I’m not sure what’s up with the 1-2 star reviews. I’ve never had a single issue here EVER. I’ve been coming here for 8 years. Foods always phenomenal. Pizza is the best in town. There’s absolutely ZERO reason they should be less than 4 stars. I’m astonished
