Stopped by today to pick up Longjohn Silvers for dinner. When I got home I found they forgot to add the side dishes. Makes me so mad they cannot fill a simple order. I live 45 mins away so no going back to complain and pick them up. Not cheap food so I feel robbed. How hard is it to do a job like this correctly??

Closed at 8 had a good pick up and went through drive through. Told to pull to the side, waited 20 min. Then thru wanted me to go through drive thru again. Very poorly ran

We waited in the drive through for over 15 minutes before I asked if it worked. There was only one car ahead of us. They won’t honor the $20 Tuesday bucket meal that was online. They told me I had to order it online to get the $20 otherwise they wanted to charge me over $30. I ended up ordering online. It took less than 1 minute to place the order. After 5 minutes I went in to pick up my order. They told me it would take at least 30 minutes. I told them I already waited 20 minutes and I thought this was supposed to be fast. The next customer came in and he was told 30 minutes also. I had an appointment and couldn’t wait around 30 more minutes. I asked for my money back he said he couldn’t give me my money back. I asked for the manager and he said there wasn’t one. I asked for any type of chicken and to be on my way. He told me there was a shift change and they throw away all of the chicken. After another 10 minutes he offered me extra crispy instead of original so I took that and went on my way. The restaurant was empty and only 2 cars in the drive through. When I got home 40 minutes later I realized I was shorted a mash potato and gravy. The chicken was great but the service was horrible. Just know you might need to wait 45-60 minutes for an order.

We drive from Madison to visit the Long John Silvers side, the crew is excellent here. Always super nice and friendly. Fresh food and welcoming atmosphere. These guys are awesome!

Don't ever order from these idiots they will forget your stuff and call you a liar
We stopped for dinner one hour before closing. The employee told us that they were out of chicken tenders and the only bone in they had was dark only crispy, no original.So we left . I would think that they should have been still making enough chicken to last through close. This occurred the week of 03/24/25. Our daughter was with us and said before we even got to the drive thru that they probably wouldn’t have any because it happened to her before. Hopefully they can correct this disappointment in the future.

I ordered the 8 piece original meal, the woman said they were short on original recipe so she gave 1 crispy breast, 3 original thighs, 2 legs, and 2 wings. I asked if there were atleast 2 breasts, and she lied to my face and said yes. Check your order here before leaving!

I made an order i added four hot honeys to my order. They put two buffalo ranches in my bag. I went back in the morning I realized I don't need four because the are kind of big. I ordered two paper plates not four I don't know why the receipt say's that.
