We stopped for dinner one hour before closing. The employee told us that they were out of chicken tenders and the only bone in they had was dark only crispy, no original.So we left . I would think that they should have been still making enough chicken to last through close. This occurred the week of 03/24/25. Our daughter was with us and said before we even got to the drive thru that they probably wouldn’t have any because it happened to her before. Hopefully they can correct this disappointment in the future.

I ordered the 8 piece original meal, the woman said they were short on original recipe so she gave 1 crispy breast, 3 original thighs, 2 legs, and 2 wings. I asked if there were atleast 2 breasts, and she lied to my face and said yes. Check your order here before leaving!

I made an order i added four hot honeys to my order. They put two buffalo ranches in my bag. I went back in the morning I realized I don't need four because the are kind of big. I ordered two paper plates not four I don't know why the receipt say's that.

Ordered the new Nashville hot loaded fry bowl. Literally got fries and dry chicken no pickle no Cole slaw.
I did receive a refund but wow compare this to the picture of what it's supposed to look like.
They also forgot my cherry pie poppers I used rewards points for.

Chicken was rubber, biscuit undercooked and potatos lukewarm at best. Called to let them know but they seemed to not care, I was polite but maybe I should've yelled and they would have paid attention. Last couple times the quality has been bad. Used to eat there regularly but never again.

I don't know what happened here but I don't like it! I love KFC but they are way over cooking their chicken now! It's not like it used to be. Turn down the heat or reduce your cooking time! The Colonel is spinning in his grave how his chicken is now days!

The older woman that works during the day is one of the nicest fast food employees I have ever encountered. I was sitting waiting for my pickup order and they were super busy in the drive thru and I could tell it was just her and one other employee handling all the orders. Yet she still greeted me and made sure I got my order. She was kind to her other co-worker through the rush. When I left all I could think is wow that is the type of employee I would want in my establishment. Kudos to you! And I really hope your manager passes this along to you!
