We had to wait in drive thru for almost 30 minutes just to order. Ordered a fish and chicken platter, a 2 fish combo and 4 extra hush puppies. Extra hush puppies were missing, my 2 fish was chicken, the food was inedible, over fried and super salty!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! The 2 hush puppies that came with my autistic child's meal were like rocks!! We were excited because the town we live in doesn't have a KFC or LJS but now feel like we wasted $35! I'm disabled and can't afford to throw away that kind of money

Drove a long distance to get here because my town doesn't have a LJS anymore. Worker made fish fresh just because of that, even though the fryers were being closed for the night. I really appreciated that as he could have told me no.

Long John Silver's used to be my favorite fish place... Not anymore. I drove over an hour to get here because of a craving... Big mistake. My wife and I waited for 20 minutes for our food to be ready, when there were only two other couples in the dining room. When we FINALLY did get our food... I found that a piece of my chicken was half raw... TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

This is not what I was thinking about Long John silver's being renewed they are still at KFC which is a very big disappointment the floors were very greasy I've been to many other Long John silver's and along with the A&w and they are fresh everything is clean and new. The food was greasy they didn't have the options like the other ljs restaurants no condiments, food was served on KFC plates with KFC sides the hush puppies were half cooked. So We tossed the food and left. They need to get this contract over with KFC and go back to the original like other stores. NASTY! I should have known better than go into a restaurant with KFC knowing KFC is shutting down stores. Waste of a 35 mile trip.

The hush puppies were greasy and hard. The chicken was hard and greasy . I think maybe it was precooked and rewarmed.
We drive down from Madison to come to this Long John Silvers a few times a year. The fish is always delicious, hush puppies are awesome and the crunchies are a must. The crew here are always awesome, kind and just all around great people. Couldn’t be nicer! Thank you guys!!
