Ordered chicken Littles n a k1 and side of coleslaw n 4 biscuits paid n then was told they didn't have the chicken Littles n would replace them with somthing else then proceeded to forget my biscuits n coleslaw

They gave our order to another costume, so we had to wait for them to remake our order. They didn't even offer to give a discount or comp any of our food. The fish tasted like lard and all the food was cold.

Waited 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there and there wasn't a Long John's Silver here too. The cashier was not speaking clearly and very softly. When I ordered a 4 pc barbecue chicken meal, he didn't know what to do. 15 minutes later when I got the food, there was more skin and grissel than meat. The biscuit was the size of a 50 cent piece and 6 tablespoons of coleslaw for 18$ was awful. No wonder KFC are closing.

Do not eat here. You will get sick. We were served raw chicken. Also, one of the cooks had his pants down below his butt showing off his whole underwear. Once again, do not eat here. This place should be shut down.
Drove all the way from Rockford to Freeport to get fish. First we walk up to a sign saying the lobby was closing early and went to order only to be told they weren't serving any LJS orders due to short staff. Also there was a sign in the restroom telling customers they were out of toilet paper. The girl at the register didnt even seem like she even cared.
