I placed an order two hours before my scheduled pickup time and paid online. I arrived a few minutes after the scheduled time, which wasn't a big deal, but then I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order. Just as I was hopeful to get my food, the power went out, which I understand was beyond their control. However, being 20 minutes late for a pickup order that was placed well in advance would have helped avoid the power issue.
To make matters worse, the woman at the counter offered to give me the food half-cooked to finish at home. I live 30 minutes away—there's no way that's safe or practical. She then suggested I come back later, which wasn’t feasible given the distance.
While the food has always been good, the customer service and timing have really declined. It’s disappointing to see this change.

Very rude and Very disrespectful, one blonde younger cashier laughed at us for waiting an hour and half for our food, just for the food to turn out cold. Wouldn’t eat here or recommend people to.

Great food unfortunately the person answering phones for takeout or delivery makes it nearly impossible to get what you want. I have special needs. I usually pay over phone plus tip, have delivery ring bell and leave order. It takes me awhile to get to door. The person taking orders today wants to fight about it lol. I've moved on to a more compassionate restaurant!
The best pizza around! I love the new online ordering system and rewards too. So easy to order online and run in quick to grab it.

We hadn't had Maria's since they closed during covid. Since reopening this was our 1st time back we had bread sticks and a deluxe pizza didn't disappoint us.
Friendly staff and excellent food. We tried a variety of things. The wings were cooked to perfection, the Italian beef sandwich with au jus was amazing along with the pizza.

Pizza and lasagna tasted the same as they did pre-shut down- delicious! Same super-sweet marinara sauce I remember. Wait time was longer than website quoted by about 15 minutes, but you could tell they were slammed with work and hustling.

I've waited years for this place of my adolescence to open back up. Luckily they haven't changed the wonderful recipe. Everything is as good as I remember. The cheese sticks are delicious. And still the best and most reasonably priced pizza place in town. It's a must everytime I return.

Service is a as poor as it was prior to Covid shutdown. Ordered a pizza at 4pm for pickup at 6:15. Arrived to pickup at 6:15. We are still waiting for the pizzas 30 minutes later. Not sure how the business runs. But customer service is not the top priority. This will be the last time I order from this so called best pizza place.
