I have more of a question. Why isn't the cooks, food prepares not required to where gloves while cooking/handling customers food? I hame in today to order a large order foe a party but changed my mind after seeing this.

Ordered a pizza from them for pickup, went to pick it up and headed home. Everything was great until I opened the box and started to eat when I realized it was missing one of the toppings I paid extra for. I then called and spoke to the manager and he asked me if I wanted it replaced. I was not able to drive all the way there to pick it up due to me having children with me and was never given an option of it being delivered so he then told me to call and they would get that replaced for me. It’s been a week since that day and so I called today sept 25 to see if I was able to receive said replacement and I was told I was a liar and yelled at for 10 mins by the manager himself. He was very rude, would not let me talk, and hung up in my face. I’ve eaten here for years and instead of making up for a mistake that they made I was yelled at and spoken to like a 2 year old. Will not be eating here again

I didn’t care for thin crust cheese, pepperoni, sausage. Ordered it crispy and it was far from crispy. Ordered wings and with Marie’s sauce. Wings tasted deep fried in old oil. Marie’s sauce tasted like miracle whip with sugar. I’m sure others would like it but it’s not what I was hoping for.

This strike two tonight with Maria's... I love some Maria's Pizza but before tonight I waited over 3 hours for pizza, wings and pop cuz the staff put my delivery order in the carry out line and tonight I get pizza, wings and pop and they only give me 7 wings when your supposed to get 10... People can't afford to get shorted and believe that I called, they supposed to bring me 3 wings but I'm still waiting

Maria's is a solid 6 out of 5 for any pizza but pepperoni. Who puts the pepperoni under the cheese? Psycho. Glad they are back anyway.
Accidentally made an order wanted it to be for the Dixon Maria's. I called 2 minutes after I made the order and asked if I could get a refund and was told yes by a young lady. 2 minutes later after I hung up a man called and said you can come pick up your order or we will donate it,you're not getting your money back. Hostile, rude, and greedy pizza joint. Do not recommend.

Trying to get an order fixed that they screwed up but they don’t seem to want to fix it. When did customer service become so bad. And she is a manager?! Make it make sense. Seems to be only the online orders. 2nd time this year.
