Well I ordered from the app and had it delivered but didn't get some of my food and have been sending emails back and forth but no resolution yet. If the bag is sealed then the workers forgot to put the items in the bag.
The management staff are either incompetent or non existent. Stood at the register for almost 5 minutes waiting for someone to give me my drink cups. After 3 employees walked right by while completely ignoring me and the other two customers standing there, I walked behind the counter and got my cups myself only to have one of them finally acknowledge me by telling me I couldn’t do that. I told her I just wanted my cups and since none of them seemed interested in getting them for me, I did it myself. Instead of apologizing for the poor service her response was “It’s not a big deal, they’re only cups.” Do yourself a favor and go to the other location across town. This place and it’s service are trash.

i had a doordash order. it took 35 minutes for mcdonald’s to give my food to the dasher, it’s a usually a 5-10 minute process but my dasher was IN STORE while waiting. the order was placed 10 minutes before she got there.
