This McDonald's closes when it says they are open online, then when you place orders in the app to pick up at the front counter, they take your money and do not allow you to cancel your order. Then when their management directs you to get it resolved online instead of them doing anything about it at the store, you end up wasting a bunch of time submitting the complaints and emailing customer service AI back and forth with all of the intonation just for them to say sorry you had a bad experience and you don't get refunded or compensated at all!

Out of the Grinch Meal, Out of the McRib, Out of Ranch. No ketchup or straws, asked for a bunch of Ketchup and she brought 5 packets LOL Food was cold, sent sandwich back 2 times. Got a refund, we will never go back to this location.

Went through the drive thru this morning and picked up breakfast for my Mom and I, She had gotten a Sausage Egg and Cheese Mcmuffin, She went to fix her sandwich and saw there was what looked like cooked mold all through the round egg, She took the egg off and ate the rest, And has been very sick since 830 am..I won't be coming back after that

They shorted my granddaughter on the extra fries and they didn't give us a toy in the happy meal. I tried again, and they forgot the apples the next week. Remembered the toy and extra fries. I tried the link and filled out a bunch of information and I haven't gotten reimbursed for my troubles. Only an apology and that they would do better. Ha! Shame on me for thinking it might be better.

We went just now to get smoothies the drive thru was lit they had a line got to the speaker sat there for a lil over 5 mins said hello 3 times so we went to the first window just for a guy to walk back and forth see us and not even bother to open it or say anything to us but there were people in front of us getting their orders. Didn’t even bother to leave a sign or have headsets on to let us know if they were taking orders or not

Me and a friend walked a couple miles in the cold to get to the store around 9:00 at night, closes at 11:00 for inside and we were still denied. I called to ask what that was about and I was completely lied to by the staff itself telling me that there was only one person working and while I'm calling outside I see multiple staff members walking around. Worst experience I have ever had from this establishment.
Twice this week I've tried to stop it and get breakfast and they were closed. Their sign for the drive-thru says 24 hours and that's not true. Then their sign says lobby starts at 5:00 a.m. and when I came here again this morning at 5:10 the lady answered in the Drive-Thru with the place lit up saying they're not currently accepting orders. You better update your signs and everything.

All the tables were super nasty my family couldn't even sit down. They didnt do my coffee right it tasted so nasty. All of our food was really nasty. The workers had the worst attitude! Honestly we were excited for our breakfast but the workers and not making anything right was just made it awful! Don't go to the McDonald's in freeport. Couldn't even find a clean table🤦🏾♀️🤮
