It was my first time using the mobile app, and I was so excited because I was supposed to get a free fry. I went through the drive-thru, and unfortunately, it turned into a disaster. I had only ordered a large smoothie and wanted the large fries to share with my daughter. However, they told me they couldn't give me my fries because the order didn't go through properly.
I had my key code ready and asked if they could just scan it, but the employee said, "Unfortunately, no. You'll have to drive all the way back." Keep in mind, I had already waited in line for about ten minutes, and now I had to do it all over again, all on my lunch break. I am so disappointed.
The manager's name was Aiden. Thank you, Aiden. You will never have my service again, and I will also be deleting this mobile app..

Order a large fry in app. Pickup at counter. On a Saturday at half past noon and only one lady working the front. Doing doordash, mobile, app and counter orders. Complaining about how she's never picking up a shift again. Swearing took literally 27 minutes to receive my order of 1 large fry. And they were cold. I watched as she would just stand waiting on the kitchen instead of multi tasking. I felt bad for her but she made it worse on herself. She should be ashamed of herself for acting like a toddler instead of being professional in a bad situation.

Do you like waiting 30 minutes in a Drive-Thru do you like it the Wi-Fi is turned off on purpose and then get told it's only for employees you like ordering the simplest thing on the menu and then wait 10 to 15 minutes in the dining room for it to appear then it's undercooked then this is the McDonald's for you Freeport has possibly the worst McDonald's I have ever seen McDonald's in Central America or even in the middle of nowhere where no one speaks English packs of random dogs in the parking lot is better food and service then Freeport Illinois McDonald's

Everything is fine, except they had their WiFi turned off for over a year. What is the point of going to this place sitting and eating and using the WiFi. Turn on the WiFi back on and it'll be worth coming back to again.

Well, I just sat in line for 35 minutes in the drive through ordered a happy meal hamburger, and I end up with a happy meal mcnugget which I didn't want no barbecue sauce. Even and I have not sitting for 35 more minutes to try to correct what big mistake they made. I will never go to this McDonald's ever again. I didn't even get what I ordered. And I was really hungry for a hamburger.
