Well bathroom wete horrible looking 20 tip put on bills for a table of 8 but was all separate bills and plastic silverware really not good. Oh ya waitress never came to end of table for drinks had to tell them. We all will never come back again and won't recommend it. That is in Freeport Illinois ever again.

Our group ate there recently. We each order entrees, no pizza this visit. The food was fine, nothing special. The beer menu was extensive and the beer was very good. Service was very good. Would return to try the pizza another time. I'd call it decent bar food.

They took way to long. We had to go up to the bar to order our drinks. They were more focused on the carry out and delivery orders. They were very rude also.

Online ordering turned off, Weird atmosphere and front lights turned off when I entered after I drove in 10 degree weather to place a order in store. Already counting money and closed 40 minutes early. ?

Carry out. Polite staff. Would have been nice if I could have sat down in lobby while waiting for order. Calzone was good. Came with small cup marinara.

I'm not sure who the manager was that this place lost, but this place has gone down hill fast as a result. Pizza by the slice at lunch is a joke anymore. Gonna find a new lunch stop. This place apparently doesn't want to cater to walk-ins. No matter when you go, it's always a 20 min wait. No thanks. Only get 30 for lunch as it is. The no stars on service is intentional.

I give it 5 stars ONLY for the bartenders Matt and Marissa! They make it worth coming in there. As long as you get them serving you, you won’t be disappointed. As far as the wings, they’ve gone drastically downhill in quality since they changed their way of cooking them, and they are much smaller than before. Other than that, everything I’ve had was good.

Pizza flavor was great as usual, but the same poor lunch service person I noted a month ago (3 stars then) was just as ignorant this time: No drink refills, had to ask twice for cheese and oregano condiments, ignored 3 other customers as well as us two. Music SCREAMED through speakers. Not a good relaxing place to eat lunch. No wonder it wasn't crowded... and on a Friday to boot!

Dinner tonight was good Matt the bartender always goes above and beyond every time we come in to make sure our experience is great! He suggested I try honey bbq wings instead of regular and it was a great suggestion I loved it!!!!

Was told 30 min for p/u. Waited just bout an hour with another takeout order we had prev picked up. Now prev order we picked up is getting cold for 30 min before we get the pizza order. Plus werelocated 20 min from freeport. Disappointed

I love the lunch special the salad and pizza slice w drink but every time we go our food service is slow. If I was on a lunch break I doubt this would be my choice.

We love pizza so we decided to give Rosati’s a try yesterday (new to the area). SO HAPPY that we did. The cheesy breadsticks are probably the best I’ve ever had. Our pizza was absolutely delicious and most importantly, our waitress was absolutely wonderful. She had probably six groups while we were there and was the only waitress alongside one cook, but you wouldn’t know because they did such an outstanding job! With that said, we will most certainly be back soon. Thank you to the amazing staff for a great dining experience.

I've always enjoyed Rosati's Pizza. It's my favorite of the chains currently available around here. This was a full restaurant and bar though. They were severely understaffed with one hostest/waitress/bartender and one cook. Four large pizzas took over an hour, which honestly, was only 15 minutes longer than they said it would be. They did however somehow managed to run out of 20oz bottles of Pepsi on a Thursday afternoon, which was unfortunate. However, even though she was insanely busy and perhaps a bit frazzled, the waitress/bartender/host was upbeat and fun. Pizzas were hot and fresh and more importantly, tasty.

Refused to accept free appetizer coupon from Freeport Baseball Softball card. Says OH we don't accept them anymore. Then also shorted my meatballs in spagetti. You're not supporting your local community anymore.#BOYCOTT ROSATTIS FREEPORT
