Don't waste your time or money. I walked in and ordered a grilled chicken salad TO GO. The cost, per the menu, was supposed to be $7.99, but they hit me with a $6 TO GO UPCHARGE (whatever the hell that is). So, a total of $15.38 and 45 minutes later I walk out with, what amounts to be, a side salad and some chicken. Then, I have to go back in and get a fork because, even though it was TO GO, utensils are only provided when requested. Food was average, at best. I sure hope that extra $6 was worth it cuz I'll never go back to this dump.

Wait staff was friendly and courteous. Great food and a local favorite.

We were traveling and stopped in because of the good reviews. I got the broasted chicken and it was wonderful! My husband got the brisket burger and it was really good as well. They had a salad bar that looked good but we didn't order that.

Took my brother in law along with the rest of our little group, my brother in law lives in S Beloit so we told him the Rib Eye is great, of course he's hard to please, after his first bite and his second bite he announced this is the BEST STEAK he's ever had, he ate the whole steak which surprised his fiancé because he always takes what he doesn't finish home, the only thing he took home was a fully stomach..Steaks are always awesome everytime we go.

Went for broasted chicken and 2 pieces were cold, fries were also almost cold. No offer to remedy. Probably will not be back. We had many good meals before. things just cost too much to put up with subpar food.

Very friendly and family oriented. The prime rib sandwich was great. The service was excellent.

Me and the wife have been here 3 times and the food is YUMMMMMMMEEEÈE! I can recommend the SHRIMP 🍤... STEAK ... Pork tenderloin... fresh cut fries are ADDICTING!! cant wait to come back for some more good stuff... we are wanting to try the stuffed mushrooms and the ayce chicken 🐔. The inside of the place has a relaxing vibe with plenty to look at. The outside the same. If your in the Freeport area this is a place to try for sure.

Had the catfish which was the best I've had in a long time. Sat at the bar and the bar tender was like an Olympic athlete. Smooth and fast.

Good food. Good service. Relaxing environment. Just a great place to be. It's a place where I don't mind spending my money.

My husband and I went for lunch today. The food was very good, the waitress friendly and knowledgeable, and the building itself clean and attractive. They have a lot of food choices, drink and food specials. I was told they cater, and it's spacious enough to book a party. It was a good experience - we plan to go back again.
