Starbucks Freeport offers plenty of seating as well as plenty of open space if you're coming in for mobile orders or order in store.
Ordered few drinks and asked for less ice, they put a lot on one drink. Ordered Non-Dairy cream cold brew, but it tasted more watery than coffee.
Staff are friendly. Drive thru can be long since it wraps around a large building.

I made an order. They offered an free tall iced or hot coffee. I couldn't do it threw the app so I did it in the store. She said she would just adjust it and she scanned my Starbucks scanned code and got me my free coffee. The app obviously havs the correct spelling of my name it's Dushaun not Tshawn.

Went there the other morning for the first time in over a year. Card was having issues so the staff was rude to me about coming inside to pay because I said I’d prefer not to, should’ve just driven off tbh.
All of that struggle just to hand me the wrong drink anyway. For nearly 10$ for a small frap you could at least get the order right.

I don't really leave reviews, but I was really appreciate of their customer service here today!! They were all so sweet because I decided to order a particular drink a but different than normal but I ended up not liking it, so three different members all went out of their way to help me adjust it/check to make sure it tasted okay after helping me. It's little things like this that I just find so nice and it was such a lovely experience. It makes me miss when I used to be a barista too. Anyways, 10/10, very lovely people working today <3
Just drove thru Starbucks waited in line once we got close to the window we watched the car in front of us get 2 Java chip drinks. The same I ordered, once we got to the window we paid and had our drink immediately. It was separated coffee on bottom and a whipped cream chocolate blend with whip cream on top. Obviously this was the leftovers from the order before. Sadly disappointed after that wait.

Parking: There are handicap parking spots in front of the store, regular spots next to those as well as across from them. They also now have a few spots designated for 5 minute order pickup.

As far as Starbucks go, this place is your average in terms of drinks, but in terms of staff, this place gets five stars. They are very friendly, and have a question of the day which always leaves you wondering what it will be next time. The staff make this place a fun place to visit, and we went several times throughout our visit to Freeport.

My wife & I had stopped by after grocery shopping this evening. We had ordered 2 large peppermint hot chocolates. We felt that all we got was 2 large warm milks. No peppermint & definitely no chocolate. We'll have to find a better Starbucks next time...
