I stopped in to the Galena St location this afternoon apparently a few minutes after my friend had been there and left without ordering.

She posted a message that the man and woman behind the counter spoke to each other, but ignored her for over 5 minutes while she stood there waiting to be served. They didn't even acknowledge she was there, or say they would be right with her. She said that the woman made a snide comment as she turned to leave.

I was served right away.

The difference? My friend is black and I am white.

The more I thought about it the angrier I became. I won't be going back there.

We have a new sub shop in town and I will take my business there in hope that they serve everyone equally.

Don't eat racist sandwiches folks.

Pretty disappointed with today's visit. Came at 2pm on a Saturday and there was quite a few customers. An employees shift ended at 2pm and left only one worker doing everything herself. I ordered 3 sandwiches and was made to feel like I was slowing the line up. Had to ask for my sandwich to be toasted, even though menu says it's toasted. She started making other customers sandwiches before even finishing mine. Then when putting toppings on my sandwich, she loudly and aggravatingly announced to the waiting customers that "it's going to be a minute!" making me feel again like my order was inconveniencing her. I will be going elsewhere from now on if this place is only going to have one worker that takes her frustration out on customers.

Usually this establishment gets a 5 star rating from me, but today I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and it never came toasted. The tuna was not that good either, total waste of $(I ordered online) but other than that service was great!

Parking: It’s by a car wash, I would say it’s about 6-7 spots..?

Friendly service. Tried new extra sides Chocolate Chip Cookie and the Auntie Anne's Pretzel. Both were good. But no cheese sauce for pretzel, oddly they said only certain stores get the cheese sauce; that was disappointing.
