Why would you tell me your going to charge extra for extra veggies on a sub that has no cheese. Samantha that's just not what you tell a customer when they ask for extra lettuce. It's like pulling teeth to get veggies on a sandwich.

Accidently sent my order here, how idk since my app has never ordered from here. But, anyways. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and teriyaki chicken, both TOASTED. $38 later I received not toasted or even warm but cold, semi frozen (no f'ing joke, frozen center of every strip); sandwiches. Never again ?

Not a fan of requesting tips for sandwich makers but I don't fault the employees for that. The food is always fresh and well made and ready for pick up on time. Sometimes the app doesn't accept corporate coupons which is annoying so I'd like if this location honored them.

This visit was very disappointing, the new girl has no customer service experience, she was rude & had a big problem with us customizing our sandwiches! Not to mention, she smashed our bread horribly, we should've gotten a flat bread or maybe a pancake instead! You don't have to squeeze the life out of it when your cutting the bread, the knives are sharp enough! Splitting the bread, you may as well have sat on it! The other girl was amazing & very kind!
