This Taco Bell absolutely sucks. They have repeatedly gotten my order wrong and skimped on portions. My burritos have come falling apart and orders are always messed up. I don't think I've ever come to this Taco Bell location and gotten a completely correct order. EVER. I live in the area and come here frequently, that would not be the case if there was another taco bell nearby. Some of the staff seem friendly and that is the only posititive.

Went through the drive through 02/28/2025 at around 7:15. Two older women both had glasses were working the drive through. The one with shorter hair ( because they did not have name tags) clearly has no idea what customer service is. She was rude, interrupted us and was passive aggressive. When we pulled up they did not understand my friend and continued to argue with her over a bill. When I asked what there names were they IGNORED me and refused to make eye contact what so ever. Food was cold and gross.

Terrible service. I have had many many bad experiences here. The first was when I ordered and I said that my food was not right the girl lost it and started hitting the wall. One of the most recent was when I ordered a crunch wrap that is no more than 6 bucks I had a 20 dollar gift card my grandma had given me for my birthday NEVER USED. The lady said there was no money on the card after she ran it and said I had to pay for it. Also would not give me the card back. I have ordered a Baja blast dream and I asked for the biggest size because the lady kept switching what size options they had for that. So I said just give me the largest size u can. I came up to the window and she gives the smallest size possible. And proceeds to tell me a price that wasn’t on the screen. This Taco Bell is very sketching make sure you watch what u r being charged. And just terrible and rude service over all. Very disappointed.

There staff is the worst and these new managers there are terrible and inexperienced... Kelly has no clue as to how to manage and Warren the general manager is nothing but a joke, I went for an interview and he didn't hire me given all the years of fast food experience I have, they always get the orders wrong, tacos are always broken and its a shame Nicole Prinkey is no longer there cuz that's when Taco Bell in Freeport was at it's best
This place absolutely sucks. I ordered here twice and they get my order wrong all the time. I order no lettuce and I get lettuce. I order what I would like and it's completely wrong. Every time on night shift, had hopes it wouldn't happen again, but it did. I'm not going here again.

I order a nacho bell grande and change the beef to steak ( have to pay extra for steak) and the put 6 pieces on it. Went up to ask about it and they said that’s all they put on it very rude and walked away. The people working are not very welcoming either, I understand you get what you pay for but come on..
