They have new workers and trying to improve but still got the order wrong they did give coupons for any free taco so I guess that counts gor something they just need to get better and pay attention to the orders

They screwed up my order I ordered a steak burrito they legit brought me a basic beef burrito I’m pissed . It isn’t cheap to eat out anymore and I’m very pregnant and craved this so yeah bad review! Do your job right !!! My fries were cold
No cheese sauce, soggy food 0-5 stars from me . !!! Such a shame

When they get my order right, it's fine, but they don't get my order right 3 out of 5 times! For example, I asked for 2 taco supreme, no lettuce, add cabbage. I got 2 tacos with just cheese and cabbage. Wth?

The morning crew at this location is the best out of any fast food place I’ve ever been too or see they’re extremely nice, food is always right and they’re fast! 10/10 would recommend breakfast at Taco Bell

I used to come here all the time and never had an issue before. The last couple times I went here the service has been super slow. I mobile order my food 10 minutes before I get there and yet I’m still waiting for my food for more than 10 minutes. Today I decided to mobile order it but pick it up thru the drive through to see if I was any quicker. I ordered it when I got to McDonalds about 10 minutes before I would be at Taco Bell. Still waited over 10 minutes just to even tell them I was here. It took them about another 10 to even give me the food. I am very disappointed…

I don’t understand why it takes 10+ minutes to make food that is right in front of you with everything prepared. Especially if you get there 10 minutes after placing a mobile order and it takes an extra 10 minutes just for you to get your food to have it be lukewarm. Very slow for a fast-food place. A full blown restaurant with dine-in seating and waiters/waitresses is much faster.
