I used to come here all the time and never had an issue before. The last couple times I went here the service has been super slow. I mobile order my food 10 minutes before I get there and yet I’m still waiting for my food for more than 10 minutes. Today I decided to mobile order it but pick it up thru the drive through to see if I was any quicker. I ordered it when I got to McDonalds about 10 minutes before I would be at Taco Bell. Still waited over 10 minutes just to even tell them I was here. It took them about another 10 to even give me the food. I am very disappointed…

I don’t understand why it takes 10+ minutes to make food that is right in front of you with everything prepared. Especially if you get there 10 minutes after placing a mobile order and it takes an extra 10 minutes just for you to get your food to have it be lukewarm. Very slow for a fast-food place. A full blown restaurant with dine-in seating and waiters/waitresses is much faster.

This Taco Bell absolutely sucks. They have repeatedly gotten my order wrong and skimped on portions. My burritos have come falling apart and orders are always messed up. I don't think I've ever come to this Taco Bell location and gotten a completely correct order. EVER. I live in the area and come here frequently, that would not be the case if there was another taco bell nearby. Some of the staff seem friendly and that is the only posititive.
Went through the drive through 02/28/2025 at around 7:15. Two older women both had glasses were working the drive through. The one with shorter hair ( because they did not have name tags) clearly has no idea what customer service is. She was rude, interrupted us and was passive aggressive. When we pulled up they did not understand my friend and continued to argue with her over a bill. When I asked what there names were they IGNORED me and refused to make eye contact what so ever. Food was cold and gross.
