Genuinely disappointed with the food and service! Was greeted at the window with “what do you want” and then at the second window the girl with pink hair didn’t say a word. The food was cold and soggy. Shame

This Wendy’s is very poorly ran. Nighttime staff is abysmal at best. Takes 20 minutes to get a frosty because the manager is too busy texting on her phone and then doesn’t even clean her hands afterwards before touching drinks and food. Neither employee greeted us or said anything after handing us our payment back or the said frostys.

You can thank the cook at 11:30 a.m September 14 for me and my family never coming back. I asked for my hamburger with no onions and it was like they put extra on purpose burnt till dry and left all my condiments off. Tossed it do to being uneditable. Pretty disappointing considering how expensive everything is. Culver's is pretty close in price and right next store. I suggest take your business there.
So much faster service than the McDonald's across the street. It's hard to figure why everyone waits in line at McDonald's when Wendy's is just as good. However, the service here, while not rude , was not polite. No thank you, please, not even a hello or have a good night.
