We had a great time at Blaum Bros. Distilling Co. here in Galeno today. The business model is impressive, focusing on quality and craftsmanship, and it’s clear they take great pride in what they do. The bar area is stylish and well-designed, creating a modern yet welcoming atmosphere. The distillery tour was a highlight, and our guide was exceptional - knowledgeable, engaging, and really made the experience memorable.
The only slight downside for me was that some of the products seemed a bit overpriced compared to similar offerings on the market. However, considering the overall quality and the experience, I’d say it’s still worth a visit. Highly recommend for anyone interested in craft spirits and a great tour experience!

We did the distillery tour and it was awesome. Our tour guide Gary was the best. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the distillery and Galena in general. He's able to give excellent recommendations! Blaum Bros has an interesting history but you'll have to go to the tour to find out! It was well worth the price and l'd definitely consider it a must visit. At least grab a drink! The Bloody Mary was delicious.
