Excellent food, atmosphere and service. They coordinated a surprise anniversary dinner for my wife and myself. Very comfortable and relaxing. Yes - number 1 restaurant in Galena.
Started out ok till more people showed up. We got there early, a larger table showed up and we became invisible. Had to go to Host stand to request the bill, completely unacceptable, won’t go back , food was good but extra charge for bread charge for gravy for Wienerschnitzel, perhaps next time it will be extra for water then butter, just sayin!

This was the best I’ve had since being back in the USA! And the gravy was awesome as well!!
Great place and Suzie (our server from Vienna) was a sweetheart. We shared stories of our visits to Vienna and just had a very pleasant evening. Thank you!
