It was a laid back, beautiful atmosphereFor a work trip dinner. Ther music was medium levels of loud. The food was perfectly made. Wonderful flavors and impeccable drinks. We will definitely be eating here again soon! If you want a classier not overly busy place to eat, I strongly suggest giving this beautiful place a try!

Attempted to enjoy date night, here last night but it was a terrible experience. My date and I ordered the exact same items but he wanted his Steak Well done while I opted for Medium Well. His steak was completely overcooked, I would even say it was burnt and I requested salt to assist with the flavor of my Steak but received sugar instead.Safe to say we walked out and date night was ruined. Won’t be revisiting Craft, and it’s sad because we were regulars here…

We go to craft about 4-6 times a year (if not more) and love every single experience...whether it's an early meal, a late night cocktail, a three hour fine-dining experience, brunch or gathering with friends for an art showing. It's truly a gem. The team is some of best in Knox County. It comes across like they truly love their "craft". The food has gotten better and better every time we go. You will spend a lot, there's no doubt, but you're worth it ?

Very very expensive and very fancy. A nice celebratory dinner place. Enjoy a fun date night here. Delicious steak!

A hidden gem. The quality of the food was exceptional. If you didn't know you were in Galesburg, you would have thought you were in Chicago or Las Vegas as the food was comparable. The cocktails were also incredible. the smokey old fashioned was one of the best I ever had. Gwen was a fantastic server and made our dinner special

Went tonight to have dinner. I had a couple drinks first which were some of the best mixed drinks I've had. The crab bisque was exquisite and the sea bass had a superb flavor. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants a sophisticated meal.

Was not impressed. When we heard of an eatery closer to home. We were excited to try it. Unfortunately, options were limited & my steak was awful. I had to send it back (which i hate to do), but I've had better steaks at Dennys. For the price, which is high even for an upscale restaurant. You expect a higher quality. We just did not get that here. Just a little too posh for galesburg. Although, I do have to say that the service was phenomenal. However, I do not believe that we will be returning. We will continue to travel to the QC.

The food was delicious, my waitress was very nice, but I really wish my waitress would have double checked my order before I was charged for something twice the price of what I ordered, as someone very obviously not used to going to a steakhouse. When I first ordered, she didn’t hear me and thought I got the 7oz beef fillet. I clarified, no the 8oz sirloin steak. I thought when I gave her the full name of the dish it would be clear. Mind you, I am very obviously not used to being at a steakhouse, so I thought I would just give her the full name of what I wanted (the cheaper dish) and that would clear up any miscommunication. I’m not familiar with steak, so when my dish came I didn’t realize it wasn’t what I ordered. When I got my check, it was much more what I thought I ordered, and I asked her, sorry I thought the sirloin was $28, and she said, no I’m pretty sure it’s $45. Well it turns out, it turns out I was served the more expensive dish, because I guess she didn’t hear when I clarified the details of the order (the 8oz smothered sirloin). Obviously I know this is a mistake on both our parts because she put my order in wrong but I didn’t correct her but I really wish she would have double checked again since I was very obviously not used to being at a steakhouse and not sure what I was doing. Otherwise she was very nice and my food was delicious and the ambiance was great. (I realize I did also make a mistake but Im just really upset that my bill was so much more than what I was expecting.)

Please note that this restaurant has changed management and its now called "Craft on Seminar Street" Food its great and to my opinion fine dine as close to a big city you will get for less the cost and conveniently situated. Staff and management are great and provided personalized service to all their clients. Definitely keeping their customers happy. We go there to celebrate special occasions and always stay till late being pampered by our favorite bar tender with his wonderful mixes.

Pretty over priced for what we ordered. My wife's steak was way over cooked. We sent it back and then it was way undercooked. Not to mention we waited an hour for our food.

My fiance and I had a wonderful time Friday, July 7th. We were seated in a private corner, with a view of the whole restaurant and it was cozy. Perfect night celebrating my birthday. It started with lovely cocktails- a tequila special, whiskey old fashioned, Calamari appetizer, the Gnocchi and Chicken special featuring capers and goodness. My fiance had to try his favorite, Chicken Parmesan. I can literally visualize everything we had. Very well presented. We wanted to try so much more but knew we had to plan accordingly and save more for another trip ?! Luckily we have pictures and honestly, who could repeat the wonderful description our waiter gave. She was fabulous and ready to answer any questions we had, patient and gave us time to enjoy ourselves. We can say hands down, she was knowledgeable, amiable and service was perfectly unique.Parking: We were lucky to find a spot as there was a local festival or live band playing outside, a great welcoming vibe for our first visit to the city.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a concrete ramp at the entrance, a great addition for sure!Dietary restrictions: Waiters were knowledgeable and could answer dietary restriction concerns easily.

Absolutely THE BEST steak I've ever eaten. The food is phenomenal. So many "high end" restaurants sell attitude but can't execute. No attitude here, just spectacular execution. Blown away.
