A hidden gem. The quality of the food was exceptional. If you didn't know you were in Galesburg, you would have thought you were in Chicago or Las Vegas as the food was comparable. The cocktails were also incredible. the smokey old fashioned was one of the best I ever had. Gwen was a fantastic server and made our dinner special
Please note that this restaurant has changed management and its now called "Craft on Seminar Street" Food its great and to my opinion fine dine as close to a big city you will get for less the cost and conveniently situated. Staff and management are great and provided personalized service to all their clients. Definitely keeping their customers happy. We go to craft about 4-6 times a year (if not more) and love every single experience...whether it's an early meal, a late night cocktail, a three hour fine-dining experience, brunch or gathering with friends for an art showing. It's truly a gem. The team is some of best in Knox County. It comes across like they truly love their "craft". The food has gotten better and better every time we go. You will spend a lot, there's no doubt, but you're worth it ?
