We go to craft about 4-6 times a year (if not more) and love every single experience...whether it's an early meal, a late night cocktail, a three hour fine-dining experience, brunch or gathering with friends for an art showing. It's truly a gem. The team is some of best in Knox County. It comes across like they truly love their "craft". The food has gotten better and better every time we go. You spend a lot but you're worth it ;)
