My husband went there to order our food while he waited so it would be nice and hot when he brought it home because we only live a couple minutes away. Got it home and the fries were cold and rubbery the Reuben was also cold and wasn’t even toasted. My husband had wild wings and they were cold also the only thing hot was mozzarella sticks and it cost us almost $40 for all of this . Including a beer he drank while waiting. Why would the sticks be the only thing hot? Tried calling but got the run around saying the owner was not there so she (Lisa) took our number for the owner to call back and still nothing. This is uncalled for. No wonder everything is closing down. We want something done about this .

Went for some drinks and food great place to go if you like a stiff drink. No watered down drinks at this place. The cheese curds are worth the trip. The long island ice t was great hard and sour just like it should be also had the wings bone in of course. They were also delicious. The burger my girlfriend had was also good. The staff are friendly and the outside seating is great. I will say I tried the deep fried corn and I did not like it. It's a tad to weird for me. I will be going back to try something else on the menu wich is quite extensive for a pub.

Well, I'm sure the shortage of waitstaff played into this, but it wasn't our best outing.I had to retrieve our drink order as waitress had gone to take another table order, that was 10 minutes. Then another 20 minutes for one appetizer.. sorry for the not great review.

We hosted a surprise birthday party this evening at Sidetrax. Every step from the initial contact to schedule, the planning, the email exchanges regarding menu etc, the set up, the food, the service, our beautiful Seslie taking care of our evening to the last box loaded up to go was absolutely exceptional. I could not have asked for a more attentive management/catering/serving team to take care of my loved ones, everyone we spoke with was on top of their game and made sure we had a fantastic night.Thank you so much!

Food is FANTASTIC atmosphere is Great, only problem I’ve ever had at Sidetrax is when I try and call in and place my order 9-10 times if I want Sidetrax food I know I have to go into the building place my order
