I ordered chicken strips, onion rings, and a large drink today for lunch. I ate the chicken strips and then went to take a drink of my soda and I dropped the straw so I took the lid off to take a drink and found a cockroach floating in my drink!!!! I am so disgusted. The food was so terrible and the fries were disgusting. I will NEVER eat from here again. I tried to call but I couldn't even get through to talk to anyone. Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers a variety of ice cream and meals. The staff is friendly, patient, and willing to fix any mistakes. The Texas toast in one meal was soggy, but easily remedied. The chicken strips were tasty, fries and cheese curds were average. Some malt orders were not mixed properly, but the staff improved over time, making the last visit delicious. The wait time was a bit long, but overall, the experience was positive with hopes for more improvement in the future.
