I had heard how great this place is but was very disappointed on my 1st visit. Had hash & eggs plus pancake. Hash was typical canned type on top of hash browns that were not brown or crisp, just warmed and 2 eggs on top. Pancake was very plain, nothing special. Never was asked how things were and took a very long time to get a box to go. Not at all impressed, will not be returning.

We stayed in Galesburg, in a trip back from Ohio to western Iowa, just for the chance to try the world’s best pancakes and get a celebrity (Judy) siting. Unfortunately, Judy was living her best life in Washington DC, but the pancakes were still amazing. My partner had Judy’s skillet and was in love! Cute place, great food, will definitely be stopping again!!

Love the updated building! And the the signature berry medley pancakes are AMAZING. Fluffy, spongy, and the lemon berry topping is delicious! The BEST pancakes 🥞 . 100% worth the trip, the hype is real, and so are Judy's pancakes!

First time eating at Judy’s. It was busy, but we were able to sit pretty quickly. Everybody’s food was cold when we got it and a couple sides we had to ask for. My food had good flavor, probably better if it was warm. My mom’s toast was hard from being cold. Not sure it was worth driving to from Rock Island. Still love Judy and videos.

We stopped at Judy’s Family Cafe while passing through and were really excited after seeing all her hilarious videos. The place was easy to get to with decent parking, and the building is fun and colorful. Unfortunately Judy wasn’t there, but the service was okay.

The food was just average. The ribeye and eggs were a little disappointing; the ribeye was really thin, like a slice of ham, considering it was $18... The berry medley pancakes are what we were most looking forward to, and they were tasty, but they came without any syrup and the toppings were pretty minimal, so a good part of the pancakes ended up just being dry. They did look pretty on the plate though. So for a thin slice of ribeye and 2 eggs toast & hash-browns, 3 half dry pancakes and a hamburger skillet the bill was $60…

Overall it was a nice stop for some photos, and Judy’s videos are hilarious… but honestly Cracker Barrel’s pancakes and breakfast are way better and priced/portioned much more appropriately.

Food was a little expensive but good. $20 for one person with tip is high for a breakfast sandwich w/ small hash brown and water. $2 up charge to add gravy on top of the potatoe was the only bad part.

Just like many other reviews, Judy's Cafe is a great place to eat. Amazing pancakes, great atmosphere (even nicer after the remodel), and nice staff. I like the variety in Judy's menus at both of her locations because you can order different types of things. The berry medley pancakes are great, not only because of the light and fluffy texture, but the lemon mascarpone mixture on top with the berries takes it to a whole other level, which is why many people love it. It's a must try if you're in Galesburg!

Savory ramen for breakfast

Drove from Sioux City iowa to give them a try. Very good pancakes.

100% all around! Judy has the best 🥞!!!! So glad we stopped!
