It all started with how Judy's videos kept popping up on my boyfriend's and my feed, so we decided to drive four hours from home to see her and try the best pancakes she has! It did not disappoint at all! The family cafe has the best ever vibe, amazing breakfast/brunch + some great Chinese food, and of course, the charming JUDY!! It was my first time there and Judy herself sat me at the table and got me my menu! The cafe was quite busy on a Saturday at 10 which isn’t surprising but I found parking and was seated right away out front. I looked over the menu, but come on, I’m getting berry medley! My husband and I discovered Judy's Cafe when we were traveling through to another destination. We first tried Judy's Kitchen, (which was amazing & I highly recommend!!!)
