If you experience a problem with an order they will fix it, no questions asked. Need to suspend your order for a month no problem. I’ve found my go to for my fresh Salmon, Cod & Halibut. The method used to catch and freeze makes for simply incredible, fresh, fresh fish delivered once per month to your door! Sitka offers several monthly options or if you don't want to subscribe, you can at times order 5 pound individual boxes of various types of fish at SitkaSalmomShares.com. The customer service is second to none...All issues are resolved immediately...I have had one minor issue in 4 years. I know this sounds like a commercial, but I am not affiliated with Sitka Salmon other than being a subscriber. Highly recommend!
My first year and its been just wonderful. In addition to the monthly shipments, I bought an extra shipment of crab and halibut. Everything arrived frozen and in great shape in Wisconsin. Unfortunately, I won't be able to get a membership in 2022...as I'll be RV traveling in Alaska for the summer. But I'll be back in 2023!

Everything about them, from their mission to provide excellent, Alaskan fish sustainably caught by small-boat fisherman to their customer support and extras such as unique recipes created just for SSS and various online programs makes this a wonderful community to be a part of. Is it cheap? No, but they pay a living wage to their fisherman who care about and are responsible stewards of the waters in which they fish. Totally worth it.

I purchased a premium share this year because I needed to change my diet to include more cold-water fish and had not been pleased with the quality of the fish available at local grocery stores or Costco. What I found at Sitka Salmon Shares exceeded my hopes beyond belief. The fish I have received is the best have ever had anywhere. I have had no problems with delivery but I have heard from other subscribers that their customer service is excellent if there are problems. I have signed on for another year and would highly recommend them to anyone else.
