Cute, cozy little coffee shop with a small but satisfactory menu. There are many environmentally conscious decisions in how food & drinks are served, etc., which even have a positive impact on the charm and ambiance.
I have lived in Galesburg for a few years now. We finally went to Beahive last week for the first time. I am hooked on the London Fog drink. My son loves the hot chocolate and says the whipped cream is the best he has ever had! I think we will be regulars from now on. Our first trip included food which was excellent as well. Fresh ingredients and made to order breakfast and sandwich plates. Yum.

Worth the drive from Burlington (over an hour). Very cute. Price is a little steep for what it is. I would have liked a jelly option with the breakfast plate. The reg drip coffee was really good though.
