Thomas is awesome! I attended the May 6th cupping event. He is very knowledgeable about the entire process of coffee roasting and all of the different types and areas that coffee comes from. I had many questions answered in a way that was understandable to the coffee neophyte. It is highly recommended! Innkeeper's is blessed to have Thomas on staff.
Packaged coffee in ground or whole bean either very good. Favorite is cranberry creme, then is Carmel creme.
came in looking to get a coffee, looked like a small party at the cocktail bar, stood at the coffee end for 10 minutes was never greeted, had to ask an employee if we can order a coffee and he said we'd have to order it at the cocktail bar. we left.
