I travel a lot and love to stop at mom and pop places in small towns. I stopped here and ordered a chicken sandwich. It came with chicken noodle soup (which was delicious) and fries. They don’t let you substitute fries for anything else but onion rings and other sides cost $7. The sandwich was $9, so that was not worth it. All the food was good, but the soda was really gross. Not sure if they gave me Pepsi Zero or if their machine wasn’t clean.

Traveling for a family road trip we had stored across the street to get gas and asked a lady at the pump next to us if the restaurant across the street was any good. She sang their praises lol. She wasn’t wrong. We were greeted courteously and quickly, we had our two young boys with us and the lady was very quick to make them feel comfortable. The lady helped us get our order in quickly and to go. Food was amazing and fast and amazing to eat on the go.

Unassuming and just says "Restaurant", but really enjoyed it! Family friendly, good food, reasonable prices, cute, and very clean! Also it's just off the highway so easy on/off.

A surprisingly good place to eat. There was only one car in the parking lot so I did not have high hopes. The restaurant was clean and the waitress was friendly. I had a ruban and my wife had patty melt. The food came out quick and hot. Both were very good, We would definitely stop there again if we were in the area again.

Food is delicious. Great family restaurant, plenty of seating, good prices. I ordered the 1/4 lb. cheeseburger with only grilled onions, wife ordered the chicken Philly. They have the GOOD fries with the crispy edges on them. Server Laura is wonderfully attentive, the type of service some dream about - brings what you need before you need it, asks questions, checks with you to make sure everything's okay - all with a smile. The chicken and rice soup really hits the spot.Kid-friendliness: Family with multiple kids ate right next to us. Nothing but smiles and giggles the whole time. That says it all.

Very calm atmosphere and it is a nice place to relax with and stop on a road trip. It is conveniently located right next to a gas station. The chicken sandwich was delicious and the service was amazing.

Holy price increase! My family and I were regulars here, at least once a week and oftentimes more. It was the kind of place where you could get a decent meal with good portions for a fair price. Just a bit more than what you’d spend to eat at home without the cooking and dishes. We all have our menu favorites and what we spend has been very consistent. When I received our check during our most recent visit I was shocked to find it at least $15 more than usual. Thinking maybe it was a mistake, I went back to ask about the amount and was told they “updated” the menu. A fountain drink is now $3.30 making 3 sodas $9.90! Everything else was higher as well by quite a bit. I understand costs have increased but to go from $10-12 per person to over $20 per person including tip is a bit much for what we order which is mostly sandwiches. Too bad, this was a great little place to grab a quick bite but I don’t think we will be back. There are better choices for that kind of money.
