Allow me to be more thorough: A place that threatens guests with a $70 charge for not showing up. That’s a fun way to run a business. I called one of your competitors, mind you I was driving so why on Earth would I be trying to read card numbers when I’m just trying to get a reservation made. I asked them if they too would be requiring a credit card number to place a reservation - to which they responded: “Of course not.” Then we chatted about the absurdity of such an idea. That guy was a pleasure to speak to. A true joy who can Win Friends and Influence People.

The Alchemist is my go to spot for cocktails, wine and spirits after a long day at work. I love and enjoy the dark tones and classy decor inside with notes of plants hanging from the top of the bar. The staff are always welcoming and always have wonderful conversations with me and make me feel at home every time. The drinks are always amazing and they know how to create different cocktails whenever I want a surprise drink. The food is delicious and always prepared promptly.
