Would have gotten higher rating but after already ordering my hot chocolate, my partner ordered a chocolate martini and cashier said she’d have to check with the manager. Well manager said no, presumably because they wanted to ensure to close at 7:00 and it was 6:45. Well we would have been done by 7:00 and all you had to do was get your lazy behind out from office to come to the counter to explain that to us rather than denying us a product that is on your menu. You not only lost an order now, you lost us for good.

The menu is great but, the store is falling apart . Please do something with it. Many years ago use to look amazingly great with the three in the middle all decorated as the seasons change. Now I’m here and look horrible. All dusty and all . Can you go back and redo the whole place?? Ty, A sad customer 😞

EXCELLENT PLACE FOR CHOCOLATE LOVERS!
We happen to visit the city on our back from Aurora. It offers a variety of treats for chocolate lovers. The place is beautiful and warm. They do use a code for the use of restrooms. We orders two slices of cake. The taste was good but nothing special. The prices are definitely very high. Would make a great spot for occasional hangouts and self pampering.

The nondairy gelato was the best treat I’ve had since I’ve gone mostly dairy free! My daughter loves the sugar sculptures. We had a great time!

Unfortunately I didn't notice how dirty the place was until after I ordered. The seating area is so dirty, not just worn- but dirt and grime on the table tops, furnIture, floor, carpet. It's so out of place for Geneva. It made me sad because this place used to be really cool. I don't use the word lightly- it was filty and won't go back. The service was meh, latte was decent, quiche was bleh - zero reasons to visit, so many better options in tbe area.

I looove this place and I want to host a shower here some day! The vibes are immaculate and so many good treats! I’ve had the beverages and the truffles several times and they did not disappoint. Also a comfy place to chat and catch up with friends!

I used to love to come to this place, I bring all my friends and family that come visit me. I live 45 min away and I still drove all this way to enjoy a pastry , latte , an ice cream… this place felt like home …. This was my mother in law number 1 favorite place so it was also like a beautiful memory because now that she passed away it reminded me of her, and our lunch dates. But now has become horrible memory… my kid almost pee herself because they won’t give me the code to go in the bathroom unless I purchase first , I am like I don’t even know what my kids want yet! The food is not what it used to be … so sad

We come here mainly for the gelato. It is so good. Very nice place to chill with a great atmosphere. Everyone who works here is super helpful and friendly. Honestly everything is delicious. Try it all. Highly recommend.
Easily the best mocha ive ever had. The gelato is phenomenal. I’m taking a quiche Lorraine home. Cannot wait to come back. There are so many beautiful candies and honestly everything is a work of art

I really liked the inside, there's a tree made out of chocolate, the furniture gives the place a vintage classy feel. The drink I ordered though was not great. Not bad, but not great either.
