The 1st hour was terrific. We were celebrating our anniversary. Then a very loud group of four were seated right behind us. They obviously had been in the bar before coming to dinner. The remainder of our time was spent in silence since we couldn't hear each other. No fault of the restaurant or staff. Just self absorbed rude customers.

Atwater's is my favorite place to meet friends for a quiet lunch. The atmosphere is lovely, the view of the river is beautiful, it is usually quiet enough to have an enjoyable conversation, the food is delicious and well priced, and the service is impeccable. Highly recommended!

Perfect place for brunch. Food was delicious and wait staff was excellent. Will definitely go back soon. Ate outside and it was beautiful.
My wife had the filet and I had lamb, both were cooked perfectly medium rare and the sides were incredible.
