Hidden Gem. Making their own premium ice cream and Italian ices. Lot of other options as well. Great spot!
I love the ice cream here. Great hand made small batch ice cream. They will do fun limited run flavors, but my favorite is the purple ube! Definitely come for dessert some time.
Amazing ice cream and friendly service!
Ooh lala delicious refreshing homemade icecream ! Small family own . The owner and her son are lovely . The pralines and cream is amazing I’ve never had anything like that . The coconut is a delicate homemade masterpiece. Can’t wait to try more .
Super friendly staff (owners) and the ice-cream was amazing. Very off the beaten path so it was great to run across this place from TikTok as I wouldnt have ever found it otherwise.
1st time visiting and we will be making this a regular stop. Great service, great selection of homemade flavors and homemade waffle cones/bowls. Very happy we found this spectacular little place!
A nice hidden gem with good ice cream

We love Candy's ice cream! Candy is always trying new unique flavors and we are always wondering what's next. I haven't found a flavor I don't love. Honestly, we prefer her ice cream over any of the others in the area including the big chains. And her prices are better too!
Love this place. My daughter has peanut allergies and this iplace is amazing. Highly recommend recommending this for all with or without allergies.

OMG. Where has this place been my whole life? We stopped by yesterday and we got some scoops! The UBE was incredible! And the blueberry swirl was fantastic. I hope they keep it all season long!!!
The owner was so sweet and accommodating. She let us sample whatever we wanted and was so patient!! We loved the ice cream so much we came back for more right after we finished the first round!!! Haha this is definitely going to be a new regular spot for us!!! Highly recommend this place!!!! :)
Loved the ice cream and the owner was so lovely!! Highly recommend this place!
Amazing family & owners. They graciously offered a fundraiser for our school & we were so excited for some soup! Unfortunately on my end we lost track of time for pick ups because of kids activities. They were so gracious & came BACK after they were closed so we can come pick the soups up. A thank you isn’t enough!!
On my way home from my daughter's softball tournament in Elgin, I decided that I needed a hand mixed milk shake. I proceeded to search my route home for a place to find just that, and voilà, I was presented with Candy's Creamery in Geneva! I looked at the directions and the map and thought, "hmmm this seems weird it would be in the middle of a subdivision", Mill Creek to be exact. It's been a long while since I've driven through there, since I don't live in the area, and let's just say, it's really grown! They have like their own little town going on in there, and one of the shops is Candy's. What a pleasant surprise, this is a hidden gem for sure! Candy makes all of her own stuff, small batch, hand crafted, creamy awesomeness. She has many flavors of ice cream, fruit whip, and Italian ice. She also provides a long list of topping options, and makes hand mixed milk shakes as well. There are cake cones, waffle cones, cups of different sizes and ready to go pints, or she is always ready and willing to pack you a pint of whatever flavor your heart desires. I know I said I was looking for a hand mixed milk shake, but upon seeing all of the yummy things on the menu, I changed my mind! I ended up going with one scoop of cookies galore, that one is vanilla ice cream with cookie dough and oreo, I topped it with ghiradelli chocolate sauce, whip cream and oreo crumbles and it definitely did not disappoint. I spoke with Candy for quite awhile and she told me how they are peanut free, since so many children and adults are now allergic, she wanted to have a place where they can come to enjoy ice cream safely! We spoke about the struggles of small businesses, which is echoed in most of the small businesses that I frequent. People are sadly all about convenience and not as much about quality. Candy keeps her prices very reasonable, she wants people to be able to afford to enjoy going out for ice cream, despite the current economic struggles many families are experiencing. She and her children run the Creamery and live right there in Mill Creek. She hopes that more people will come visit her shop and taste the difference in her products which she makes with so much joy and care! I promise you, you'll most definitely taste the difference! If we want small family owned businesses to survive we need to support them and help spread the news of how great they are! My family lives exactly 34 min away from Candy's, but it was so great that we will definitely be making it a place we visit more frequently, it's very much worth the drive!!!!
