The best coffee you can buy! I have made many additional customers by gifting Dutch Chocolate coffee to friends and family. Also love the ladies there!
This tiny coffee roaster inside The Berry Shops in downtown Geneva is everything any coffee lover needs! The smells, variety of beans and ground coffee, and price for an iced coffee ($1.50!!) are beyond amazing. The owner was knowledgeable and friendly and made an amazing ice coffee, she’s a must meet for any coffee enthusiast. Her specialty is flavored coffee and there are so many to choose from; there’s something for everyone! Literally, run here for the coffee and stick around for the friendly service and offerings.

It pains me to leave such a bad review as I used to like this place but I will hit be visiting after my latest experience. The woman working there did not say a word to me the entire time I was there. I spent 10 minutes browsing and she actively ignored my presence. Once I went to pay, she seemed annoyed to ring me up and was upset I didn't buy more. She treated the next customer much better because they were spending more. I'll spend my money elsewhere where I'm treated as a human and not a walking wallet treated for my wealth.

The lady at the coffee bar was very rude. I came up to the counter and she asked “what do you need?” in a hostile tone. It felt like I was interrupting her day when I asked to purchase a cup of coffee. I asked what was available and she seemed very impatient and unhappy to be working there. She went around the counter, poured the cup of coffee and left it by the coffee machine. She asked if I wanted cream, I said yes, she points to the bin with milk and sugar. $1.50 you get what you pay for with a side of passive aggressive treatment. Not sure what her issue was. Coffee was underwhelming, we will not be returning 👎🏼

The woman at the coffee bar was rude. When we requested a coffee, we were firmly informed that they only brew three types of beans! We opted for the Columbian, and when she asked if I wanted cream, I replied yes, and she unceremoniously poured cream into the styrofoam cup. We left shortly after with our $1.50 coffees, which turned out to be a very weak and tasteless. We threw both coffee cups straight into the trash! We don't understand how this place can be called a coffee shop. It should be called coffee nightmare!

Judy knows her coffees. There are such few places like this around. Personally, I love them. But Coffee Drop Shop is a gem. Judy is incredibly kind. She will help guide you to a flavor, even a custom flavor, to suit your taste buds. Great selection of teas as well. 44 years of business, so they are doing something right!

The best place to get loose tea, delicious coffee beans and the accessories that go along with both!

Eclectic, unique coffee shop and souvenirs.
The owners have been doing coffees for decades.
They roasted two types of beans daily. Also there are various 1/4 lb sampler sizes with many flavors.

Close to 60 choices of teas. $1 for a cup of tea or coffee, can’t beat the price.

The lady working the coffee bar was very rude. I walked in under the impression that this was a coffee shop. It is not. When I asked for a coffee, I was sternly told no, that they “only brew two types of beans a day” and that coffee was not made to order. My options were black or coconut flavored. I chose coconut, to which the woman came around the counter, and poured me a cup from a dirty stein into a styrofoam cup. When she asked me if I’d like cream, I said yes, and she plopped a carton of half and half in front of me and told me to pour it myself. I left with my $1 coffee soon after. It was a very weak brew, mostly water. How anyone could call this a coffee shop is beyond me.
