Excellent cocktails. The food was decent but pretty small portions for the cost.

The visit was a mixed bag. It is nice they have a gluten free dedicated fryer for my wife's dietary needs. The help was friendly and inviting, and the food was tasty. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the order. We found the crispy cheddar curds had more vegetables than cheese curds and the portions were not consistent as our party of 4 had considerably less food than the party of 2 had next to us (served at the same time at the bar). We saw another order about 20 minutes later, and it was the same amount as our neighbors (a mound heaping over the bowl at the bar as well). We all ordered burgers, and my daughter's and my burgers were mixed up (fortunately we caught it before eating) and neither of us had the pickles as stated on the menu. Additionally, my burger was over cooked (previous reviews we saw heralded how cooking temperature was spot on). They did take it back, remade it, and it was fantastic. The menu is very limited (8 entrees) so one wouldn't expect the various mix ups. Is it worth a shot coming here again. Yes. The staff and food is good, so I will consider giving it another shot.

A bunch of us walked in at 8:25pm for drinks (not food) and the girl at the front told us the kitchen was closed. We told her we only wanted drinks (since it says they don’t close till 10pm). She said she called last call also and we’re closing. We walked out and a couple leaving behind us said they came in for just drinks as well and were told the same thing, they were just as confused.
It's okay. Chicken on the salad was fatty. Service was ok.

Great restaurant with amazing menu items. They will make customizations too. Try the gnocchi with basil, it's superb! The street corn dip is great too. All 4 of us had excellent meals!

We enjoyed our first time dining at Craft Urban. The vibe was fun yet chill, plenty of parking on the street and they also have they're own shared lot. Arrived around 5pm, which was right in the middle of happy hour ($5 draft beer and a few appetizers half price). They had a nice selection of local drafts, which did not disappoint. I ordered the Rayes' Family Secret Gumbo. The flavor was great and it had just enough spice without being overwhelming. There were a couple of nice sized shrimp and sausage pieces but was lacking in crab and I didn't see any crayfish, which I was excited to try for the first time. My partner had the Classic Steak Frites which was a bit underwhelming, especially for the $29 price. The steak was a bit tough and lacked much flavor, although the chimichurri sauce helped. The parmesan fries were the highlight of this dish and every last one was eaten.
Overall it was a good experience. Don't think we'll be back for dinner but maybe for lunch or for the $5 beer and couple of appetizers.

This place is different and unique but not pretentious. The nachos are unexpected and delicious! Lots of innovative drink options too. The atmosphere is trendy artsy grandma cozy which won’t make any sense until you go. Servers are very personable.

Trivia question, what is my favorite restaurant? Craft Urban. Best ramen on earth. But you have to go after 8:30 PM. Sit at the bar, they are so kind!!! Love them, feels like a family when you’re there. ❤️

This place was recommended by a young woman we meet at the winery down the street. We are glad we tried it. We got there too early as the kitchen was changing over from brunch to dinner. But, we started with their special version of cheese curds and a bottle of wine. Curds were actually really good, wine nothing special. Lucy, our guide, let the kitchen know we were new customers and really wanted to try dinner items. And, they made it happen. Thank you! The lobster ravioli and especially the lobster Sammy were really good. Not the cheapest place but the food was with it. Not real happy about a $42 bottle of white wine with a screw off cap!!

We visited Craft Urban for a late lunch, as we walked there using the beautiful bike trail from Fabyan forest preserve. We sat outside on a nice sunny afternoon. The tomato soup was full of flavor, and honestly one of the best soups I've ever had! The breakfast burrito (they were using the brunch menu) was good. We shared one order. The place is a little pricey, food is very good, service is great.
