Grace the “Manager” is the most incompetent person I have ever met. Not only are my orders mostly wrong; she argues about it. She also never gives me the correct change like EVER. I have to help her calculate the correct amount back EVERY SINGLE TIME. I stopped coming to this location because of her and recommend other locations because she is THAT BAD. I hope she isn’t a Nepo hire. Because I can’t find any good reason to keep her.

every time i order a strawberry blizzard with CONE DIP and mixed nuts they try to correct me and say “do you mean the chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard?” i say yes cuz as a former employee that is exactly what the blizzard is it’s just not on the menu. but even though i tell them exactly what i want in there they still make wrong by using the chocolate chunks not the cone dip. it doesn’t taste as much of chocolate and its just disappointing. if you are gonna hear what i want an then call it something different insisting its the same when it literally isn’t. was feeling crappy and just wanted the ice cream i asked for.

Accommodated my special order to my blizzard, but seemed understaffed (a 2 working) and so to drive through for a blizzard took longer than I expected. But the blizzard was yum!!! So I’d go back, maybe just an off day when I went 😉

It's a free for all ice cream may not be right change could be less or way way more I had to take like $20 back to them one time and 12 another... Really young people can't make change .. comes down to the management being at fault for there poor hiring and management skills.Would I go back yes close to home I count my change

I am a regular at this Dairy Queen. There was a communication error more on my part. An extra blizzard were made and i ended up paying more. The employees were great everything worked out. I never have had a problem. This was just a minor mix up. So 1000 ? to the young employees running the store.
