I've only ever had 5 guys twice in my life and both times it has been totally fine. Not good. Not bad. Just fine. Way too expensive for just being middle of the road. Also has an incredibly depressing atmosphere on the inside.

Places is really great with wonderful food but the prices have been increasingly going up, to the point that they are at sit down restaurant prices instead of an upper fast food restaurant.

I guess five guys no longer dumps a little extra fries into the bag? or did I just get gypped. there was another to-go order at the same time as mine and I saw the woman cooking the fries add a little extra then split the basket of fries between the two of us. now I get less fries and they're soggy because some of it didn't get cooked as long.

Overall more expensive for what you get when compared with other burger joints.

Burgers were greasy and totally flavorless. The fries were so horribly over-salted that we had to throw them out. Really overly pricey for lousy food. The shakes were good though.

For me, they are the best burgers.

Loved my burger and enjoyed the drink variety and free peanuts. Did not get the guy's name, but my service was quick, simple, and personalized, and he did so with every customer while I was in store eating. He gets things done!
Pricey, though, but i guess it's worth the money if you consider the freshness and size of their burgers.

Food and service are treat. Staff very friendly. I like that the toppings are free but over all this place is EXPENSIVE! Burger with 2 patties and fries was more than I could eat so portion size rocks! Suggest getting the smaller burger with only one patty. Small fries feed an army so you won’t need large fries unless you’re sharing. Drinks unlimited refills and good variety. Seating indoors is fine, outdoor seating available. Parking is adequate. $25 (including tip) is too much for burger and fries.
Parking: Lot outside the door!
Kid-friendliness: Seems ok. No kids there when I went but it was during school hours.

Sorry, $19 for a cheeseburger and small fry is too much. No drink, just a cheeseburger and fry. Large container next to cash register with big sign "TIPS". But when you add a nice tip, they don't even say thank you for the tip. TIP: If you want people to tip you, the least you can do is say thank you when someone does tip you. The place was a ghost town at dinner time. Why am I not surprised?

Would not recommend. Employees come from the back, do not wash their hands, and handle the food.
Great burger- especially since they are so careful when I ask for no bun and extra patties. The peanuts are an awesome bonus value and great to eat too!!!
