This place was really great as a whole but service was slow, not bad, just slow, and my specific dish was ok. But other people's were fantastic. Lively with live music that night. Super busy all night long. Very enjoyable place to go with friends. It's too loud to consider going for a quiet night out though.

I've seen good restaurants have an off night, but never like we saw tonight at FoxFire. The waitstaff was friendly but obviously stretched thin. It was so painful to watch at times that we wished we could get up and help them. If that was the only issue, I wouldn't even be leaving this review.
-Seated us at one table, had us move to another a few minutes later. -30 minutes to get an ordered bottle of wine to the table. (A table near us seated at the same time had appetizers by this point. We hadn't even been able to order them.) -Took 5 minutes to flag someone down to get silverware and plates after the appetizers arrived. -Appetizers (mushroom caps) came out half cooked. Sent them back, never saw them again (still charged). -Another 5 minutes to flag someone down for silverware for the main course, as our unused utensils got cleared with the salad. -Lobster tails were overcooked, as were the brussel sprouts. -How they managed to make a medium rare 'Curt' filet taste dry is still boggling my mind. The color was right. The steak was just awful. -2.5 hours at the table for 2 people that didn't even order dessert.
We had such good memories of our last visit here some years ago. Even while waiting for the wine, we were talking about coming back for lunch soon to try food we were not going to order tonight. After the meal, we left wondering why we didn't just get takeout down the street and save $250.

This charming, pleasant, and fun steak house in the downtown Geneva area was a first-time experience for myself and my family. We wanted to try a new spot while celebrating my brothers birthday with a nice evening out.
FoxFire, thank you for being such a great place to eat. The service was on the ball, and our server was friendly, informative, and fun to chat with.
For my first time at FoxFire, I had the Al Pastor entrée. The pineapple salsa, crispy smashed potatoes, and a green mole sauce paired nicely with the pork chop, and it was so much on one plate I had to take home the leftovers in a box for my lunch.
Whether with family or by myself, the next time I want to enjoy a night out, I will absolutely be putting FoxFire at the top of the list for places to go.

Foxfire never disappoints. Took my wife there for a birthday meal and the food was outstanding. My wife devoured her steak Diane and I had the prime rib wedge salad. Both were delicious. The staff here is knowledgeable and very attentive.
Went this evening for a birthday celebration and Foxfire did not disappoint! The food is excellent and the service was impressive!! Definitely returning!
