This has long been a favorite breakfast place for my family but we had absolutely terrible service today. Our food took a very very long time to come and then we had to ask for the toast multiple times which was met with eye rolls from the server. The toast was only delivered once we finished our meal and the server informed us it was not his responsibility that it was so late and we should “blame” a different server. At check out, I tried to inform a different server what had happened and how bad our experience was, and he laughed and said, “oh yeah that server is really hungover and he told me yesterday he planned to be hungover today so I am in charge.” There was no apology. The food was great but the general demeanor by the staff ruined our meal.

My father started taking me to Geneva Diner 40 years ago. I now take my son. The Geneva Diner is great food and a part of my family tradition.
Always enjoy coming here for breakfast. Open early, food is at a very reasonable price, service is always great. Love coming here with my family.
