After having dinner in Geneva,we decided to walk around the downtown area and saw Geneva Winery.

They have a nice outdoor area with tables and chairs plus live entertainment on the weekends. We decided to stop for a quick drink and listen to the acoustic music group that was playing.

It was very warm so we were excited that they offer wine slushes with a variety of flavors. Each slushy is topped with one of their wines.

I had the pear slushy and my wife had the frozen lemonade. Both were very refreshing.

They also offer wine flights, wine by the glass or bottle and a nice selection of cheese, crackers and dips.

Dogs are welcome.

A great place to go and enjoy a summer night listening to music and drinking some wine

I have been to the winery multiple times and have always had a good experience with very pleasant staff. I love sitting outside just relaxing and people watch. This last week we held an event at 123 on Third. The manager and staff were so incredibly helpful. We were able to get exactly the wine we wanted, they helped us figure out how much to get and gave us a good discount because of our membership. We ordered the wine a coupe months early to make sure we had what we wanted. They held it for us. We were able to bring back any unopen bottles and were immediately refunded. I highly recommend these people for their efficiency, customer service and friendliness.

The manager Brent is rude and unprofessional!

Came in for a wine tasting and was given a bunch of excuses, one excuse after another, never coming ever again!

very disappointing. used to love coming every saturday being members doing a tasting and a glass or two with my boyfriend. slowly the usual great servers started leaving. so we’d go to the batavia location to see the manager who was amazing. once he left it was all downhill. new staff is not very friendly, knowledgeable, or trained properly. before staff would give some insight into the wine when they’d pour you a tasting and now nothing. knowing they just mass produced a bunch of wine, after going every weekend since november, we could tell there was a difference in quality. it was like they didn’t let the wine sit long enough. the reds you could still taste the “alcohol” taste instead of the notes of the wine. very sad. seems to be going downhill from what geneva winery used to be staff and wine wise. ended up cancelling our membership. sad to see that as soon as they got their huge investment they took a turn for the worse.

Wife has been a member for a while now, went to pick up the monthly wine...apparently it's only fruit wines now? Staff was very unfriendly and poorly communicated this yet nothing written...website doesn't say anything about that in membership. Very disappointing

Love the vibe here. Friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff--especially the GM, who always makes us feel like family. Lovely place to unwind and taste some great wines.

Awful. We had been to the Batavia location last summer and the wine we had was decent so thought we would try again for a night out with a group of 5. Bad decision. The servers were fantastic, the GM, not so much. Within the first 10 minutes we were there, we endured him screaming at a customer for approaching the wrong section of the bar to order a glass of wine. Evidently you can only order wine at the far end of the bar? Our group ordered two bottles upon arrival and the first one was fine, the second smelled like feet and tasted very musty. We asked our server to try it as perhaps it was corked. He sent the GM over and without even speaking with us, he poured himself a taste, slugged it down and said, “It’s fine, it is what it is” and promptly waked away. Not one person in our entire group of 5 could choke that swill down. We were stunned that the GM would behave like that. We paid our tab and left an entire bottle of “wine” on the table.

We were there at a prime time on a Friday night and there were never more than 10 people there, with several being children. That was a clue. The entire serving staff was new. That was a clue. And I see that GW is looking for investors, presumably to keep the business afloat. That’s a clue. The behavior of your GM was ridiculous. If this person represents your company and your leadership-investors (and customers) beware.

I stopped here today and had a wine flight!
Mike K, Mark Y, and Sarah.
Were phenomenal!
I would recommend that you guys offer a palate cleanser ( pan/bread) or even a packet of your premium nuts in order to secure more awareness and also increase sales for your exclusive product.
Wine was fantastic and service was phenomenal.
I recommend this place to all of my friends and hope that it gets busy.
But definitely to those wine-o. People need to change or cleanse palette in order to actually get a flavor of wine.

Geneva Winery was a peaceful environment. I felt I was able to talk with my family and enjoy the tasting menu. The man that was helping us was also fun! I did get a few bottles from here and the apple cranberry wine was the best. I am giving three stars though because the website is very difficult to order from. It's not clear if you have to be a member or not. I wasn't able to buy any wine from the website.

Great experience. First ice wine I have tasted that I like. Right on the river. Much bigger inside than the front would suggest. Recommended. Jake was extremely helpful. Worth your time.

I hosted a company party here - perfect venue on a relaxing summer evening, loved the ability to bring in my own food.
