Makes the Cardamon coffee cake just like my Swedish grandmother’s recipe!! So good! And their cakes and cookies look amazing! 😋
Special ordered birthday cake 1.5 weeks in advance. The good- beautiful. She offered to correct the misspelled name. THE BAD- dry and crumbly like it had been frozen for at least a week. I’ve frozen cake and it tasted the same. This is NOT the same quality of pre-pandemic. Misspelled Thomas as Tomas. Really? Only cash $60 for 10” cake that was awful.
I highly recommend Heidi’s Cake &Pasty!!! You guys were a life saver today. Long story short I order a cake from another baker 3 months ago for my daughters sweet 16th birthday party tomorrow. He canceled on me this morning. You guys came to my rescue and had a criminal minds cake ready for me in a few hours! You have gained my business and my whole family’s business! I cant stop thanking you!!!
