Despite hours being listed as open Tuesday-Friday 9-1pm, they are not open. Unless the new definition of “open” is a locked door with scribbled signs that read “call this number if you want to pick up”. This lovely bakery once actually unlocked their front door so that customers could enter. They once had delicious already made cakes for same day birthdays. Lovely cookies, danishes, and other treats. Apparently, they are still on lockdown due to Covid. If that’s the case, it would be appreciated if they adjusted their hours so that customers would not be inconvenienced.Heidi’s Bakery: closed 7 days a week, but give us a call if you want something.Lastly: newsflash- Covid lockdowns are over. Open your doors & we will gladly purchase your bakery goods.

Special ordered birthday cake 1.5 weeks in advance.It tastes and feels like it was frozen before being decorated because it was crumbly and dry.I could eat my weight in cake but not this one. Couldn’t eat bad cake. It was not even up to par with Jewel.Gorgeous decoration, but common American name misspelled. She offered to fix it but I was only there to pick it up and had no extra time. I didn’t build in “fix the mistake time”. She said it would take a couple minutes. She offered a few times. I paid the premium price because they have been exceptional before the pandemic.My child said “I’ve wanted a special Heidi’s cake for years and they misspell my name and it’s dry.”$60 hard earned dollars literally in the trash.

Special ordered birthday cake 1.5 weeks in advance. The good- beautiful. She offered to correct the misspelled name. THE BAD- dry and crumbly like it had been frozen for at least a week. I’ve frozen cake and it tasted the same. This is NOT the same quality of pre-pandemic. Misspelled Thomas as Tomas. Really? Only cash $60 for 10” cake that was awful.

Can't share my experience with the baked goods because they are not open despite the information stating they are. Their door says they close at 1 and accept no walk up orders. It is correct on FB but that's not the first thing that comes up.

Just wanted to let you know that the donuts are amazing! Everyone loved the donuts for break today out in the corn field. My pollinating crew ate about all of the 4 dozen. We will be ordering more before the season is done. Thanks Heidi.
